Why hasnt the Southern Poverty Law Center been sued for DEFAMATION yet, or have they?

I find their comments and accusations extremely offensive and disgusting...

I haven't heard anywhere that this organization has yet been sued... but I have forwarded your comment to a few friends at a few government law firms...

Good question.

One of the things I've noticed about the Southern Poverty Lie Center is that they usually target people that are classified as either elected officials or public personalities. And they get the most viscious with those they perceive as not having the financial resources to take them on with their 156 million dollar reserve fund!

Also, the SPLC is engaging in the omission lie. They will tell something which is true like one of their lies about me which says...

That back in 2005 I went on some radio show out of TN that has also had guests on it that were members of the KKK.

This statement is made as if I had knowledge about this, and as if the show was favorable to the KKK, and that I was knowingly favorable towards the KKK for going on the show.

In truth, I had no clue who the other guests had been on that show just like the hundreds of other shows I've done around the nation.

While I do my best to screen shows when approached by one I'm not affiliated with, my screening practices did not work in that instance back in 2005 and I was new at this at the time.

So their statement that I once went on a radio show that had people from the KKK on the show before is true.

Their implied message that I like or favor the KKK or had any knowledge of this etc.... is completely false.

I hope someone can sue them soon and win for what they are doing is absolutely horrible and unethical.

They had NO basis of fact for their DHS report that made MOST Americans into possible terrorists. How can they get away with saying,

Anyone who likes Ron Paul is a potential terrorist? Why hasnt RON PAUL sued them silly?
That should be enough to shut their lie factory down alone...
