    DreamAct website contains sketchy instate tuition workaround for illegals

    For those concerned about following a link to that site, it basically outlines how an illegal circumvented the system to qualify for instate tuition in Florida at the guidance from someone associated with 'United We Dream, Tampa Bay'.
    If anyone knows how to report this to Florida officials, please let me know.
