    “Last year the number of suicides in the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines spiked to 349 for the
    full 12-month period, the highest since the Pentagon began closely tracking the numbers in 2001,

    What the hell are they doing to the military???

    I believe only 2 Generals were fired under Bush’s 2 terms total. There are currently 48 4-Star Generals.

    Fired majors plan to sue for reinstatement


    A group of former Air Force majors, forced out this summer by a noncontinuation board, plans to file a lawsuit claiming the service had no right to separate them simply to meet end-strength numbers set by Congress.

    More than 10 of the 157 dismissed majors are banding together to challenge the move in court, seeking either reinstatement or early retirement pay. All 157 had been twice passed over for promotion and were within six years of retirement.

    Air Force officials responded to a request for comment by repeating what they had said in July: The Air Force coordinated closely with DoD and in accordance with the instruction when they made the decision to release the majors.

    The majors have obtained pro-bono legal counsel from lawyers at the Chapman University Institute for Military Personnel, Veterans, Human Rights and International Law in Orange, Calif.

    Lawyers there say the Air Force was out of line in firing the majors because language in the Defense Department instruction regarding officer promotions says that majors who are twice passed over for promotion "shall normally" be continued to retirement.

    No ‘derogatory' records "And the ‘shall normally' language is qualified by only one thing: Derogatory information in your record, whether it's bad marks, a DUI; something bad," said Josh Flynn-Brown, an attorney working on the case.

    "Our clients don't have any derogatory information, so they don't fall into that area where the Air Force can simply refuse to abide by the DoD instruction," he said.

    The governing regulation says service secretaries — in this case, Air Force Secretary Michael Donley — can deny officers continuation in "unusual circumstances" and cites derogatory information as one example.

    Flynn-Brown argues that there were no unusual circumstances in his clients' case. He argues that Air Force statutes prohibit involuntary separations at this level, unless there has been a decrease in overall end strength and a decrease in the grade-by-grade end strength.

    "By the plain language of the statute, you can't separate anyone because the numbers are increasing, not decreasing," he said.

    The number of majors has increased each of the past three years — from 14,045 in 2009 to 14,524 in 2011. All other officer ranks, except general officers and first lieutenants, ended fiscal 2011 with fewer people than in 2010 and 2009. At the same time, the Air Force's congressionally mandated end strength has increased slightly, though the service is struggling to meet the 332,800 set for 2012 because of record-high retention rates.

    Flynn-Brown said force management is not a valid reason to invoke the involuntary separation of majors within six years of retirement.

    "Force management has been going on since the creation of the armed forces by the United States Constitution," he said. "Therefore, because this has been going on since the inception of our republic, it can't be an unusual circumstance. It happens every single year."

    The institute, which functions as a legal clinic for AMVETS, will be filing suit within months, Flynn-Brown said, as soon as all of its "ducks are in a row."

    The controversy surrounding the fired majors began in July, when they were informed via letters that they had not been selected for continuation and would not be given early retirement.

    In early June, the records of 6,438 majors — 3,033 in or above zone — went before the promotions board for majors and lieutenant colonels; 1,054 majors in or above zone were selected for promotion. The records of the 245 majors twice passed over then went before a selective continuation board; 157 got the boot, and 88 — many of them pilots — will get to retire.

    The Air Force said the majors should have seen this coming. They each received a letter after they were passed over the first time that clearly states continuation is not a right, according personnel officials.

    "If the Air Force offers you selective continuation," the letter said, "mandatory separation will not be required; however, it is important to note that there is no guarantee a selective continuation board will be authorized."

    Air Force spokesman Todd Spitler said in an email that the record retention was an unusual circumstance and that the service had made every effort to avoid using the measure but that the circumstance had warranted it.

    "The Department attempted to reduce its end-strength in 2010 through a series of voluntary separation measures," he wrote. "Unfortunately, these measures proved insufficient to generate a higher number of separations and retirements, and the Air Force needed to resort to involuntary measures. This included a more limited selective continuation policy for Air Force majors who had twice failed promotion to the next higher grade.

    "Though painful for all involved, these involuntary reductions were necessary for the Air Force to properly manage its force."

    Then, in February, Chief of Staff Gen. Norton Schwartz sent an email to every airman laying out the Air Force's force-shaping measures. The message points out the "over strength situation is such that offers of selective continuation for twice deferred officers may be limited" but promises more information would be communicated at the base level and through support centers.

    "If I was supposed to infer from a blurb that I was in trouble, I didn't," a C-130 navigator told Air Force Times in July, adding that he received no further instructions.

    Why with all the information that is available to the public, do we the people let our power be stripped from us? This is your call, our call to be unanimous in will, and justice and to declare the seperate but equal standard, to abolish the government, and to refresh liberty. There is no longer the pursuit of happiness, as well as there is no longer a free speech right, or a free will to defend yourself when one individual must do so. The asinine President has quoted Constitutional Law, all while circumventing the Constitution itself. Barack Obama and the Obama administration only empower the people to act upon our Constitutional Birth Right, and annul this system called the government.

    The military need you the people, as we the people need the military to step to Obama and his unilateral declaration of emperorship, to get out the word. We The People are the Grand Jury, we do not need to call on Congress to Impeach this lunatic formerly known as the President, and his entourage of criminals that operate in concert with Barack Obama. There is no time left for Impeachment proceedings to begin, unless charges of Impeachment were brought against the Obama administration and the District of Criminals that are formerly our government. The Constitution references the basic concept that if the current government out steps its Constitutional Bounds, which is what happened on Thursday afternoon November 21, 2013, when the Senate invoked the so called “Nuclear” option, and disemboweled all that is lawful, and in conjunction with the basic rights of both sides of the political aisle to debate and negotiate.


    The military has the authority to arrest Barack Hussein Obama (Barry Soetoro) for one of two charges. Either we use the argument that he was not born in the United States, or that he is not a natural born citizen of the United States. I provide for you in the same evidence file that Barack Obama produced as “proof” he is a natural citizen the simple technical detail so many have seemed to overlook. Clearly it states his father as being Kenyan born, or a British subject, in order for Barack Obama to be a natural born citizen, BOTH parents have to be born in the country the child is born in. So either the military arrests this man known as Barack Obama, or they make the so called President resign for being a criminal and usurping the People’s Constitutional Authority!

    In the Declaration of Independence, it gives the just argument to hold a Constitutional Convention after abolishing this unjust and lawless government body to maintain its “power” as it is unsustainable, and even more untrustworthy than any one individual fully comprehends. This form of government openly expressed their contempt for the rule of “law” the American People use in accordance with the Constitution. Barack Obama said him self that this is not normal, to change the rules this is “not what our founders envisioned.” The Founders also believed “Governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the CONSENT of the governed. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to establish new form of government”

    Interesting, Barack Obama, Leon Panetta, and other WH Obama administration officials that “visit” the military, do not trust the troops. Apparently, the troops who protect him are unarmed. This is unprescidented throughout history. It is quite a rarity, as there has never been reason for a Commander In Chief to feel the “need” to be fearful of his troops. At no point in the history of the United States did a Commander In Chief have a military coupe that could possibly be planned against him.

    Barack Obama and the adminstration had come to Afghanistan, after our military troops specifically the marines had “urinated” on the bodies of infidels that had been killed during “combat”. The President as he calls himself, ordered then Secretary of State Leon Panetta to fly to Afghanistan, and “apologize” for the troops actions. Panetta then proceeded to visit the troops, before the visit, the soldiers were told to relieve themselves of their firearms. This by the way is also never acceptable in the military. They actually train you to know that your rifle is your best friend, your family and everything.

    This is despair, the President fears the troops. What would prompt the Commander In Chief to fear the troops and be intimidated? Could this be a result of the Obama administration’s military commander purge, or the disarmament of our troops abroad, and the ridiculous almost suicidal “rules of engagement” with certain individuals, might it be because of the assisting of our enemies, and providing them with aide and comfort? There are many more issues, like more troops under the Obama adminstration have committed suicide than combined under all other Commander’s In Chief. Could this be a simple result, of the troops already having recieved orders that include firing on American Citizens, and that this is clearly what would compel the President Mr. Barack Hussein Obama to believe our own military would topple him?

    By the way, the Obama adminstration is currently discussing keeping our Afghanistan stationed troops there, and replacing them. Placing troops in Afghanistan for security for the next 10 years. Oddly enough, the firings of the military officers is surrounded with rumors that the Obama adminstration is exterminating any “resistance” to his fundamental transformation of the United States of America. Barack Obama’s top military commander firing is not new, in terms of replacing commanders throughout other administrations, but to the intense number of top officers is very peculiar. The rumor is that the military troops just the “average” soldier has awoken to the reality of the order to “fire on American citizens” and the fact that Barack Obama’s near endeavor into Syria would in fact be the military fighting alongside Al-quaeda.



    Not to mention the idea of thousands of “displaced” Muslim Brotherhood refugees, were “mistakenly” relocated to multiple areas throughout the United States. Fortunately for American’s DHS and FEMA are on the job. They will “take care” of you.

    The Obama administration has successfully forcibly resigned 200 top ranking generals, there are multiple Executive Orders that potentially lead to martial law, the President is one Executive Order, or Emergency situation away from declaring martial law, and thereby completely nullifying the Constitutional restraints that currently plague Barack Obama’s agenda.

    Naval commanding officer alarmed by 'relentless' attack on Armed Forces



    WASHINGTON – After multiple top generals described to WND what they regard as a full-scale “purge” of the U.S. military by the Obama administration, the commander of U.S. Army Garrison Japan was summarily relieved of duty and his civilian deputy reassigned, pending a “misconduct” investigation.
    Nine generals and flag officers have been relieved of duty under Obama just this year – widely viewed as an extraordinary number – and several sources put the total number of senior officers purged during the five years of the Obama administration as close to 200.

    In response, prominent retired generals – ranging from Army Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely, a Fox News senior military analyst, to Lt. Gen. William G. Boykin, a founder of the Army’s elite Delta Force, to Medal of Honor recipient Maj. Gen. Patrick Henry Brady – have all gone on the record with WND, characterizing Obama’s actions as nothing less than an all-out attack on America’s armed forces.
    According to U.S. Army Japan, Col. Eric Tilley was suspended from his job by Maj. Gen. James C. Boozer Sr., commander of U.S. Army Japan and I Corps (Forward) for a “lack of confidence” based on the results of an inquiry.
    A spokesman for U.S. Army Japan, Maj. Kevin Toner, would not elaborate on what prompted a “lack of confidence,” saying it would be “inappropriate to make public the allegations because the investigation did not lead to findings of criminal misconduct.”

    Tilley is to be replaced by Col. Joy Curriera.

    Tilley’s dismissal is only the latest in what retired Navy Capt. Joseph John refers to as a “bigger picture” in which some “135 senior officers have been purged.”
    “The ‘bigger picture,’” John told WND, “is that the U.S. Armed Forces have been under relentless attack by the occupant of the Oval Office for five years.”
    A Naval Academy graduate, John had three tours of duty in Vietnam, served as an al-Qaida expert for the FBI, and was a commanding officer with SEALs embedded on special operations. He was awarded the Navy Marine Corps Commendation Medal, five Meritorious Service Medals and 22 medals and unit citations for combat operations in Vietnam, Philippines, Desert Storm and on anti-terrorist operations.
    Today, John is chairman of Combat Veterans For Congress PAC (Political Action Committee), which has helped elect 20 combat veterans to Congress.

    “I believe there are more than 137 officers who have been forced out or given bad evaluation reports so they will never make Flag (officer), because of their failure to comply to certain views,” John told WND.

    “The truly sad story is that many of the brightest graduates of the three major service academies witnessing what the social experiment on diversity … is doing to the U.S. military, are leaving the service after five years,” he said. “We are being left with an officer corps that can be made to be more compliant, that is, exactly what Obama needs to effect his long range goals for the U.S. military.”

    In an email to WND, John outlined what he termed “a very few of the most egregious” aspects of Obama’s “attack” on the military over the past five years.
    He referred specifically to the Rules of Engagement in combat that were put in place after Obama took office, asserting that the changes resulted in very high casualty rates in Afghanistan, including the loss of 17 members of SEAL Team 6 in one incident.

    “The Rules of Engagement precluded the use of suppression fire at a landing zone,” John said.

    Echoing what other high-ranking officers have told WND, he said the Pentagon policy of repealing “Don’t Ask Don’t Tell” resulted in the first openly “gay” “major military force in the world.” The development has brought about “massive” sexual assaults on “thousands of straight military male personnel that have been covered up,” he said.

    He also cited military chaplains’ being prohibited from reading letters in the pulpit from their cardinals during Sunday services as a restriction of freedom of religion.
    These and other “social experiments,” he said, have constituted “a massive assault to restructure the military mindset, destroyed unit cohesion, unit morale and is negatively affecting combat effectiveness.”

    John also referred to major cuts in the military budget that resulted in, for one example, restricting as many as seven aircraft carriers to port, “leaving them open to another Pearl Harbor-type of attack.”

    Physical fitness qualifications for “tip of the spear units” such as the Rangers, SEALs, Green Berets and combat infantry are being downgraded, he said, so “women can be placed into those units.” Likewise, he added, “women have been assigned to submarines and ships resulting in relationships at sea that have broken up military families.”

    Some senior enlisted personnel and commanding officers in the midst of six-month deployments, he said, have been removed because they got involved with the opposite sex, which degrades the ships’ battle readiness.

    John sums up this way: “The net result of the occupant of the Oval Office’s new policies set for the U.S. armed forces changed and enforced by his civilian appointees at DOD continues to degrade the most effective military organization ever created.”

    If John’s comments about Obama sound dire, they are no more so than those expressed to WND in recent days by top generals.

    Retired Army Maj. Gen. Patrick Brady, recipient of the U.S. military’s highest decoration, the Medal of Honor, as well as other top retired officers, say President Obama’s agenda is decimating the morale of the U.S. ranks to the point members no longer feel prepared to fight or have the desire to win.

    “There is no doubt he [Obama] is intent on emasculating the military and will fire anyone who disagrees with him” over such issues as “homosexuals, women in foxholes, the Obama sequester,” Brady told WND.

    “They are purging everyone, and if you want to keep your job, just keep your mouth shut,” another military source told WND.

    Not only are military service members being demoralized and the ranks’ overall readiness being reduced by the Obama administration’s purge of key leaders, colonels – those lined up in rank to replace outgoing generals – are quietly taking their careers in other directions.

    Retired Army Lt. Gen. William G. “Jerry” Boykin, who was a founding member of Delta Force and later deputy undersecretary of defense for intelligence under President George W. Bush, says it is worrying that four-star generals are being retired at the rate that has occurred under Obama.

    “Over the past three years, it is unprecedented for the number of four-star generals to be relieved of duty, and not necessarily relieved for cause,” Boykin said.

    “I believe there is a purging of the military,” he said. “The problem is worse than we have ever seen.”

    The future of the military is becoming more and more of concern, added Boykin, since colonels who would become generals are also being relieved of duty if they show that they’re not going to support Obama’s agenda, which critics have described as socialist.

    “I talk to a lot of folks who don’t support where Obama is taking the military, but in the military they can’t say anything,” Boykin said.

    As a consequence, he said, the lower grades have decided to leave, having been given the signal that there is no future in the military for them.

    Referring to recent reports that Obama has purged some 197 officers in the past five years, Boykin said the reports suggest these officers were suspected of disloyalty or disagreed with the Obama administration on policy or force-structure issues. As Boykin pointed out, a number of them have been relieved of duty for no given reason.

    “Morale is at an unprecedented low,” Boykin added, part of which is due to sequestration.

    Sequestration has seriously cut back operational readiness for the military to the point where Boykin said that often they have no ammunition and are unable to conduct training because of the planned cuts.

    Brady, who was a legendary “Dust Off” air ambulance pilot in Vietnam and detailed his experiences in his book, “Dead Men Flying: Victory in Viet Nam,” told WND, “The problem is military people will seldom, while on duty, go on the record over such issues, and many will not ever, no matter how true. I hear from many off the record who are upset with the current military leadership and some are leaving and have left in the past.”

    Brady referred to additional problems in today’s military including “girly-men leadership [and] medals for not shooting and operating a computer. This president will never fight if there is any reason to avoid it and with a helpless military he can just point to our weakness and shrug his shoulders.”

    Brady made similar references in a recent article he wrote for WND in which he said “just when you thought the leadership of this government could not get any worse, it does. Never in history has an administration spawned another scandal to cover the current one.”

    The reference was to the recent firing of a number of generals to mask “Obama’s serial scandals, all prefaced by lies – Fast and Furious, Benghazi, NSA, IRS” among others.

    WND reported that three of the nine firings by Obama this year alone were linked to the controversy surrounding the Sep. 11, 2012, terrorist attack on the CIA special mission in Benghazi, Libya.

    In one case, U.S. Army Gen. Carter Ham, who commanded U.S. African Command when the consulate was attacked and four Americans were killed, was highly critical of the decision by the State Department not to send in reinforcements.
    Obama has insisted there were no reinforcements available that night.

    But Ham contends reinforcements could have been sent in time, and he said he never was given a stand-down order. However, others contend that he was given the order but defied it. He ultimately was relieved of his command and retired.
    Now, new information in the Washington Times reveals there were Delta Force personnel in Tripoli at the time of the attack and two members volunteered to be dispatched to Benghazi to assist in protecting the Benghazi compound, contrary to stand-down orders from the State Department.

    Another flag officer involved in the Benghazi matter – which remains under congressional investigation – was Rear Adm. Charles Gaouette. He commanded the Carrier Strike Group.

    He contends aircraft could have been sent to Libya in time to help the Americans under fire. He later was removed from his post for alleged profanity and making “racially insensitive comments.”

    Army Major Gen. Ralph Baker was the commander of the Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa at Camp Lemonier in Djibouti, Africa. Baker contended that attack helicopters could have reached the consulate in time on the night of the attack.

    “To understand the insufferable assaults on our military and veterans, who should be exempt from political squabbles but are often at the forefront of Obama threats, we need to understand the psyche of the elite in this country led by Obama,” Brady said.

    “It is no accident that the president used the Obama sequester and shutdown to punish the military family,” he said. “It is part of his DNA. In fact it is in the psyche of the entire liberal/progressive establishment – the elite. President Clinton outed himself and this ilk when he declared his loathing of the military. Who could believe progressives/liberals care about veterans and military?”

    Army Major Gen. Paul E. Vallely similarly has been very vocal in his opposition to the Obama administration.

    Vallely said the White House won’t investigate its own officials but finds it easy to fire military commanders “who have given their lives for their country.”

    “Obama will not purge a civilian or political appointee because they have bought into Obama’s ideology,” Vallely said. “The White House protects their own. That’s why they stalled on the investigation into Fast and Furious, Benghazi and Obamacare. He’s intentionally weakening and gutting our military, Pentagon and reducing us as a superpower, and anyone in the ranks who disagrees or speaks out is being purged.”

    Vallely served in the Vietnam War and retired in 1993 as deputy Commanding General, Pacific Command. Today, he is chairman of the Military Committee for the Center for Security Policy and is co-author of the book “Endgame: The Blueprint for Victory in the War on Terror.”

    Duty personnel seem to back up this concern, suggesting that the firings are meant to send a message to “young officers down through the ranks” not to criticize the president or White House politics.

    The Constitution established the federal government in part to “provide for the common defense.”
    Sadly, Barack Obama appears to be doing all he can to cripple our armed forces, leaving our country vulnerable.
    Since Obama took office, a record number of top military leaders have been dismissed from their posts and the number of combat-ready brigades has been reduced to only two.
    “To have the Chief of Staff of the Army confess to the world that our Army has not trained for six months is highly disturbing,” says former Rep. Allen West. “[It] should make us all sleep less soundly at night.”

    The “Purge”
    Our friend Retired Army Lieutenant General William G. “Jerry” Boykin recently told WorldNetDaily the number of top military officials relieved of duty is “unprecedented.”
    “Over the past three years, it is unprecedented for the number of four-star generals to be relieved of duty, and not necessarily relieved for a cause. I believe there is a purging of the military… the problem is worse than we have ever seen.”
    This year alone Obama has dismissed at least nine generals – since taking office he’s dismissed some one-hundred ninety-seven!
    Obama has fired and replaced the commander of the International Security Assistance Force nearly every year (except 2012 when he was busy campaigning) – the current ISAF commander, General Dunford, has been serving since February and is Obama’s number-five in the position.
    Many of these firings seem to be unquestioningly political as Obama is dead-set on only installing yes-men that obey orders and ask no questions (… like Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey).
    Case in point: Obama gave Gen. Carter Ham of AFRICOM the boot after Ham challenged the Administration’s narrative on Benghazi. Ham contended that reinforcements could have been ordered to the scene of the 9/11/12 terror attack while Obama insisted that there were no reinforcements to be found.
    Obama may be dismissing military leaders for far more sinister reasons as well.
    As we reported earlier this year, Nobel Prize Winner Dr. Jim Garrow is saying that military personnel are being relieved if they are unwilling to fire on Americans or confiscate privately-held weapons.

    Gutting Domestic Military
    Not only is Obama giving the boot to our military’s top brass, under his Administration our military is undertrained and underprepared.
    Army Chief of Staff General Ray Odierno calls the U.S. Army “dysfunctional” as it only has two combat-ready brigades and multitudes of troops without training.
    “The worst case scenario is you ask me to deploy thousands of soldiers somewhere and we have not properly trained them to go because we simply don’t have the dollars and money,” said Gen. Odierno at a late October Association of the U.S. Army conference.
    Not only that, F. Michael Maloof told Alex Jones on his November 8 radio program that the U.S. Navy fleet has been reduced to one-third of its former size under the Obama Administration.
    Retired U.S. Navy Admiral James Lyons told Newsmax he believes President Barack Obama is deliberately weakening America’s military despite the ongoing “chaos throughout the world.”
    “Certainly [with] the tragedies that are going on in the Middle East and the threats we’re receiving both from Russia and China, this is not the time to be unilateral disarming our military,” Lyons said.

    The worst part of all of this is that Obama is putting America second through his dangerous, misguided “experimentation” with the military.
    Not only are our troops without the training they need, Barack Obama is using the few who are trained to instruct our enemies – even al Qaeda terrorists.
    Moreover, while our military has been strapped under sequestration since spring, Obama has funded the Egyptian military - providing them with 20 F-16s, tanks, and other sophisticated pieces of military equipment - and also the Syrian Rebels. Healso intends to give Pakistan a total of $1.6 billion between now and early 2014.

    Show the Video, Mr. President! They knew what was going on in Benghazi.

    President Obama knew. Then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton knew. The heads of our military and intelligence services knew. They all knew our brave former SEALs and diplomats were pinned down by an enemy attack. They knew sovereign U.S. territory was being brazenly violated by armed militias.

    And They Didn't Lift A Finger!

    Show us that video, Mr. President. Let us see the attack you sat back and watched. Let us see what our Department of Defense knew and when it knew it. Stand up and be held to account. Stop hiding behind your cronies, the State Department and behind the military leaders you hold in such utter contempt. Just once step forward and wear the blame for what you allowed to transpire.

    But as we all know, you won’t because then everyone would see what you really think of America’s fighting forces. You won’t because it would reveal what those of us at Special Operations Speaks have always known – that you are singularly unfit to command our military.

    You won’t because it will show that our leaders knew beyond a shawdow of a doubt that we were under attack – not by some angry mob over some obscure video but by a coordinated fighting force with a specific mission and sufficient command and control to destroy our facility and kill our people in Benghazi.

    At SOS, we are former Special Operations soldiers. We know how these fights begin … and end. We know that in combat men are isolated from their support, and sometimes lost. We have never, though, witnessed the willful withholding of support from American soldiers in mortal danger. We have never seen a commander-in-chief wander from his command post, go to bed and then casually fly away the next day to tend to his campaign ambitions. These actions were cowardly and selfish, NOT the actions of an honorable American president.

    We’re never going to let this issue go. . . Barack Obama is our President. Hillary Clinton wants to be. They both are unfit – by virtue of their actions on this night alone – to lead our troops. When the red phone rang, no one answered. We are going to make this egregious and shameful violation of the American warrior ethos public until those responsible are brought to justice!

    We need your help to do this. We are a small organization with a tremendously complex and difficult mission ahead of us – to ensure Americans understand the true character of those who now lead us and would aspire to do so in the future. Help us today.
