Local paving job is chance to use Delaware workers

Recently my development was repaved. It was a good job. I would assume the company was hired by Delaware's Department of Transportation.

What surprised me the most was the majority of cars with Pennsylvania tags, that belonged to the paving company's workers.

I would hope that when the bidding process is under way, DelDOT officials would take into account jobs to Delaware residents. It just makes sense.
