I have mentioned this before. I dont know why we are not exploring this way to rid our Government of members who do not enforce our laws.

Any elected official from the bottom to the top has sworn an oath to enforce the laws of our country.

Why can't they be removed from office for not enforcing our immigration laws ?

If enforcing the laws of the land is not included in every oath of office, then we must push to have it included. And on top of that, we should include, a failure to carry out that oath can be addressed by one individual voter and not millions.

I've done an internet search on this question before. What I found is that you can't sue the federal gov. I never did find anything on a class action suit against a single politician. It seems if you can punish an individual in a marriage for "misrepresentation" then the same should go for an elected official. There are a lot of things that need changing in this country to start benefitting it's citizens-not government!

How are you going to get them to enforce the laws, when they are constantly breaking the very laws they have passed, like aiding and abetting illegal aliens which is in violation of federal law.

They pass the laws to shut us up and than figure ways around them to please the elites who have bought them off. TIME TO COMPLETELY CLEAN HOUSE and start with a new batch and the minute one of them gets off track ..... they are gone. They need to know we mean it, they think we are idiots out here.

They are sworn to "UPHOLD" the laws, not enforce them. That is for a totally different class of officials

Life is not fair or just when the corruption is dominate the way it is now!!

I don't believe that our own courts wouldn't support this effort. They have been corrupted.
