    Mexicans are the "symptom"...

    ...our Government is the DISEASE!!!

There's no shortage of hypocrisy in Washington over illegal immigration .....
but an investigation by the Washington Post found that neither the White House nor Congress has used its existing authority to enforce the law,,,

From 1999 to 2003, work-site enforcement actually declined by 95 percent,,,,
The only way [ Illegals ] can be reliably identified is through their employers.

So lawmakers can talk tough about cracking down on the illegal workforce, but until they effectively use the existing resources there is no reason to believe they mean it.

The job of "enforcing" the law lies with the executive branch, our illustrious president. The fact that these laws haven't been enforced lies directly on his shoulders.

Along with every citizen that has been killed by an illegal. That to falls on Bush's shoulder. I wonder why people that have been injured or had relatives killed have not filed tort claims against the Bush Administration?

I've wondered too. I assume it's because there isn't enough money or that there aren't any lawyers that want to put their careers on the line fighting the government. Or else he's exempt from legal action. I don't know.

We only need a small handful of us, and one willing lawyer to file a RICO suit against our own government to effect dramatic and swift change as they scramble to avoid the avalanche of negative press in an election year that such a suit would bring.
