Need motivation? They need our support!

After reading the very encouraging article titled: GOP resolution rejects amnesty for illegal aliens.

    http://www.alipac.us/modules.php?name=F ... ic&t=75761

I sent a quick e-mail of encouragement to Terry Strine, chairman of the Delaware Republican Party. I just received a reply from Mr. Strine and I will update the thread when I receive more information. Mr. Striens e-mail address is TerryAStrine@I-Realty.com If you would like to thank him for his effort. His brief but personal reply is at the bottom of the post.
I also sent Arizona Republican Chairman Randy Pullen (author of the resolution) an e-mail but haven’t received a response yet.

    Subject: Thank you Mr. Strine
    Hello,
I would like to thank Mr. Strien as part of the 47 patriotic Republicans that have rejected illegal immigration and amnesty. This issues more than any infuriates Republicans, but recent polling also suggests that a major percentage of Democrats and Independents are equally outraged. The illegal immigration issue more than any including the Iraq War will define the Republican Party but sadly the leadership in our party is way out of touch on the issue. The mood of the Republican Party is not very favorable because we as a party feel betrayed by our leadership; many have already changed party affiliation over this very issue. Amnesty in any form (Dream Act), (Farm Bill) or any other piece meal approach is not the correct solution for our country. Again I would like to thank Mr. Strien for supporting the Republican Party when our leadership is selling out. I would kindly ask if you know where I can find the list of the other 46 courageous Republicans so I can post the list on the www.alipac.us forums. The site has a huge reader and member base, I am sure you would receive much support for your efforts.

    Best regards,
    Ray XXXXXX

    Thank YOU , Mr XXXX
I will forward when I get the list.
I expect that many more members of the RNC will join in tomorrow when the resolution comes up for a vote . Support is HUGE !!
Thank YOU for your support and encouragement!
    Warm regards,
    Terry Strine

This is great news. We do need to help them in spreading the word that all the dems want illegal voters. We need to shut them down for 2008.

The Presidential Primary Election in Delaware lies just 7 months ahead – on February 5, 2008 – and Delaware is already on the radar of our top tier candidates.

I am totally committed to getting every Republican Presidential Candidate to visit us in Delaware early and often, and already we have been privileged to hear:

    Governor Mitt Romney (June 1st)

    Mayor Rudy Giuliani (June 14th)

Senator John McCain (Campaign Fundraiser, July 12th)

And former Senator Fred Thompson – we are already working on an invitation to him!

This will be the first truly open Republican Presidential Primary in over a generation…..PLEASE do not miss the opportunity to see and hear these strong, highly respected and WINNABLE candidates “up close and in person.â€

Perhaps Mr. Strine should receive a few more emails encouraging them TO MAKE SURE RON PAUL, TOM TANCREDO AND DUNCAN HUNTER are included!
    Hello,
Mr. Strien is supporting the anti-amnesty resolution and for that he should be applauded. I do agree that Tom, Ron and Duncan should be included in the Republican Presidential debate but this not the issue today or tomorrow. We should fully support any representative that is against illegal immigration or amnesty regardless of party affiliation, In this case it is a small group of Republicans. Support is a great motivator and the more this group receives over the next two days the stronger their well crafted position will be.
