If your parents are illegal so are you little anchor!!! If your parents are naturalized citizens then you are a US citizen!

Fix the 14th Amendment!!!

This is actually one of the most important issues of our day, due to the huge influx of illegals from all over the North American continent. It is definitely time to revist and fix this major problem. Fixing it will also stop encourging alot of illegal from trying to get in to the U.S. to have thrir baby's.

Absolutely. Getting this sham "citizenship" right revoked is one of the most critical battles ahead of us.

Knowing Huckabee's history, I'm very skeptical of his comments on this issue. As governor of Arkansas, he refused to constrain the invasion of this state , and publicly derided state legislators who dared propose measures to do so. When he spoke at the LULAC convention here a few years ago, he reportedly joked to the crowd about "white guys like me" becoming a minority in the US. Surely he was aware, even then, that birthright citizenship is a major contributor to US demographic changes. He might have forgotten this comment, but Arkansans concerned about illegal immigration most certainly have not.

By the time the anchor babies are able to vote they will out number Americans. I kid you not. Go to any ER or any DR that takes medicaid.
See how many mothers can not speak english but she has mutiple
children who were born here in the U.S. and they have medicaid.
I think that if one of the parents were legal at the time of the childs
birth then that child should automatically be a U.S. citizen. But if
neither parent was legal at the time of birth then the child should
automatically be a citizen of the parents home country. NO dual
citizenships.

There is nothing wrong with the 14th Amendment, what needs to be fixed is our President who ignores it.
