I love how they steer completely away from the cost to the taxpayers!

Maybe Americans simply don't want to give out green cards to unskilled immigrants. Sure, many of us when the border is secured and the loopholes are fixed and illegals are deported would probably support a sort of guest worker program that had no path to status for unskilled workers we need... of course after Americans are put to work. However there would be no benefits, no welfare, no education, nothing other then a job for say a 1 year period. No path to citizenship, no anchor babies, only hope is finding an American Citizen to marry, return home and apply for a spousal visa at the end of the line proving the marriage is real.

But seriously why do we want to be burdened with the least skilled, least educated immigrants in the world to lower our standards? Keep in mind its said to take 3 generations to fully integrate into the US IF the immigrants actually wish to.

I wonder what is it that he finds so appealing about these people IMO. they are no better than any other ethnic group of people from any where else in the world in fact, they are the only ones who have actually shown just how much they detest this country by the way they have disrespected the AMERICAN flag. they have flown their own mexican flag on top of our flag while it was placed upside down. they have also placed a toilet seat on the AMERICAN flag while it was laying on the ground. and last but not least, they removed the AMERICAN flag from a federal building "THE U.S. POST OFFICE" and replaced it with the mexican flag. and to think these are this man's favorite of all illegal aliens. well, I can't see it not even with a blind man's eye. these people do not in any way shape or form want to become a part of this country. they only want what this country can give to them in the form of benefits paid for by taxpayers. not to mention the money and everything else that is lavished on "ANCHOR BABIES" and their parents. I don't thnk its right for the government to hand these benefits out to these people just because they have just had a baby. they do not do this for their own citizens, so why should they do it for them that is one more reason that they come here and, it needs to be stopped if they want to have babies, then they should be responsible for their decision to have these kids and not the AMERICAN TAXPAYERS.

For such a large percent of one ethnic group to be composed of such a large percent of people that have no respect for others or rule of law.

I'm really glad to see Steve King and Phil Gingrey down on the border gathering facts for hearings on stopping illegal immigration. I'm thrilled to know they both want to end automatic birthright citizenship for children of illegal aliens as well. I'm also very pleased that another State Senator, Scott Beason from Alabama, wants a no-nonsense non-violent end to illegal immigration. We need more Russell Pearces and Scott Beasons, we need more Sheriff Joes and Babeaus, we need more Governor Jan Brewers, we need more Congressperson Steve Kings, Phil Gingreys, Lamar Smiths and Marsha Blackburns and so many others who are committed to taking the steps necessary to stop illegal immigration into the Untied States and deport those already here.
