Free Speech doesn't apply for those opposed to illegal immigration

A group of about 50 activists met in Jackson's All-American Grill in Westminster, CO
today to discuss ways of ending the sanctuary policy offered by the City of Denver
to illegal aliens..

After an angry "Latino" kitchen employee stormed into the public dining area and
grabbed the mike from Terry Graham (who was speaking), the restaurant manager told
Radio Host Michael Corbin (For a Closer Look) that the group would have to leave
because he (the manager) objected to the topic of their meeting and their comments.
The manager knew Michael's reputation, adding that if Michael reported the incident
on his radio show, the restaurant would sue the radio show and/or MIchael.

The group left the restaurant and went to the nearby public park where they held
their gathering in a picnic pavillion. The Westminster police (who wouldn't say who
called them) appeared and told them their meeting was inappropriate and they would
have to leave. So both a restaurant as well as the Westminster police department
decide that "free speech" doesn't apply to people they disagree with.

story in your city and that you plan to share the story with e-mail friends as well.

(2) Contact the Westminster Police Department police@ci.westminster.co.us and ask
what topics of "free speech" are permitted in Westminster public parks. Send copies
of your message to the mayor and city council of Westminster at
westycmo@ci.westminster.co.us. .

I have received word that a group meeting to discuss the illegal immigration problem in a restaurant in your community was disrupted by a kitchen employee of Jack’s All-American restaurant who stormed in and took the microphone away from the customer and started speaking into it. The Manager then came out and asked the group to leave because he didn’t agree with the topic and threatened to sue one of the members of the group if they didn’t leave.

They then went to a City Park to finish their meeting and someone called the City Police who came down to the park and asked the people to leave because it was not appropriate.

Illegal immigration is hurting our country, bloating it with population the economy can not support.

Harvard University released an economics study on May 6 on CNN that showed excessive immigration has cost American Workers over $200 BILLION a year with 25% of this attributed to illegal immigration.

Many communities are facing very serious problems because of illegal immigration, population they can not support, with inadequate jobs available for the number of people needing them. Our county here in North Carolina has 8.9% unemployment amongst Americans, yet our community is being over-run with illegals. We are 2000 miles from the Mexican border. Yet all the new jobs our economy can generate in new construction, services and retail are going to illegal aliens.

Illegal immigration has been allowed to flood our nation with aliens; to weaken our economy; increase our national debt; and change the political demographics of elections….for one reason….to weaken the American People into submission to an Open Borders policy with Canada and Mexico and create a new Nation. This is the end of the United States. The well-known and influential Council on Foreign Relations this week recommended the convergence with these other two nations.

Illegal immigration may be benefiting some of your community with lower wage employees and lower costs in some areas. Perhaps you are not experiencing the problems of other communities…yet, but you will. Our immigration laws exist for a reason and the benefits a few enjoy now by breaking those laws will cost all of us in the future.

We are all Americans with the right of Free Speech and a Nation to protect.

Interrupting the meeting where Americans were trying to discuss solutions, ways of being heard, and other aspects of their effort to stop illegal immigration to save our communities, our jobs, our educational opportunities, our medical services, and the Future of the next generation of Americans was inappropriate and frankly a violation of their Civil Rights.

I am disappointed that a Colorado community would treat Americans so unkindly and in such a rude manner using the Police to stop their meeting and interfere with their First Amendment Rights guaranteed them under the United States Constitution.

I hope and pray that this is not an example of what Colorado has become as a result of illegal immigration. I’ll not step foot in the state now for business or pleasure because I’ll not underwrite a place that has clearly lost its American values and its respect for our laws and constitutional rights!!

I understand that your police department received a call and ran a group of people meeting to discuss illegal immigration out of the park after they were just run out of a restaurant. Your community must be a “hot bed� of illegal alien activity with employers who are violating American Law for profit and greed and burdening the People of America with more population than our weak economy can handle; stealing jobs from Americans who need them; increasing the cost of public services; and deflating wages and salaries of working Americans.

You violated these people’s constitutional right of free speech…rights hundreds of thousands of Americans have laid their lives down to protect. You have disgraced the state of Colorado. I’ll not visit for business or pleasure ever again your once beautiful state because I’ll not underwrite a place that uses the Gestapo Police to stop meetings, the right of assembly, or the right to discuss what to do about this OUTRAGEOUS problem that is harming our Nation into extinction. You should read up on what is happening so you can know what it is you are fostering….which is an over-bloated population saturated with illegal aliens who are by definition agents of foreign governments implanted in our society with no loyalty to the United States, the American People, our laws or our Constitution and the rights it guarantees, not to aliens, but to Americans.

The goal of illegal immigration is to change the political power of the United States to gain approval of an Open Borders Policy which merges, combines, convergences the three nations of Canada, USA and Mexico into one Nation. Give your actions tonight, what country do you think will control the new North America?

Your actions tonight demonstrate beyond any doubt we’ve already lost Colorado to the enemy and that your businesses and government have already crossed the line into Mexico.

I also sent an email to Mountain State Legal in Colorado asking if there is any way they could look into this (they are the firm representing Arizonia Prop. 200 if I am not mistaken).

I don't know if it will do any good, but it's worth a try!

We need to figure out what to do about the illegal immigration/alien crisis. What is it going to take for the president to wake up and realize he is not doing what the majority of US citizens want done!!!??? I thought it was suppose to be "for the people, by the people", not "I know whats good for the people and I will say/do anything to get elected again".

Dear Westminster Police Department.

We don't have broken immigration law. We have immigration law that is being ignored by the Federal Government, and by local and state law enforcement officials. They are selectively enforcing laws by all appearances, and it is wrong. Citizens are being damaged and being damaged by municipalities that have developed their own foreign policy.

The story of the events in the public park and the All American Grill are on the web. I cannot imiage a reason for NOT allowing free speech in a public park and particularly if it was peaceful. I believe you will find your police department and its activities will be discussed a great deal in the coming period.

Someone needs to call the restaurant and demand they change the name from Jackson's All-American Grill to "All-Illegal Immigrant " Grill. I think they should be sued for false advertising.
