I know with the corrupt DOJ we can expect no help from them but isn't there anything that can be done legally to stop this...you would think some rich conservative attorney would take this on to save our country...

I know I wondered the same thing....Read JW is trying to get their FOIA's fulfilled on e-mails between DHS & ICE.

Obama Officially Halts Deportations

Just when you thought President Obama’s deplorable backdoor amnesty plan had gone too far, his Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issues an order halting deportation proceedings against a broad class of illegal immigrants.

I am very concerned about the recent immigration actions of President Obama. By deciding to make determinations of whether to dismiss prosecution of illegal aliens in accordance with a list of 19 criteria generated by the Obama administration and to make determinations of another 300,000 immigrations cases currently in immigration process, I believe that President Obama’s actions are an unconstitutional usurpation of Congressional powers and prerogatives as well as an act of insurrection.

The Merriam-Webster online dictionary defines “Insurrectionâ€

It can be fought and probably effectively blocked within Congress.

It's illegal and unconstitutional. Where did Obama get the money to implement this executive order? Only Congress can appropriate money. They haven't done that.
