Her family background or how she was raise should not be the reason to nominate her as a supreme judge. Most people want her on that seat because she is Hispanic and that is not fair to the American people. She is in the United States AND she should represent Americans not Hispanics or poor people but all the people.


Lets stop labeling people ... if you are a legal American that it what counts but if you are an illegal alien ... you should see your way out of this business. LULAC AND LA RAZA should be seeing their way out of this business. They represent illegal aliens and illegal aliens have no business asking who should be in the supreme court as a judge

I absolutely agree.

There's too much interest in representing the interests of this or that group ahead of, or to the exclusion of, others and it has no place in a cohesive, civil society, let alone in a court of law.

And I really couldn't give a rat's hiney about her background........her family came to the US and then proceeded to live off the taxpayer. Subsidized housing, welfare, food stamps, the whole plethora of benefits available for them to enjoy.

We also financed her education and she is a product of affirmative action.

Some "background" to be proud of.
