Author Of AZ Immigration Law Asking For Support

please go to www.russellpearce.com and make a contribution today

    Dear Friend and Supporter:

Thank you so much, we won a great victory for America on Friday 4/23/10!

Governor Jan Brewer signed into law SB1070, legislation that I wrote and
worked on for the last 4 years, that frees law enforcement personnel all
across our state from their shackles, and allows them to enforce our
immigration laws. The bill does much more than that of course, but if you
have been watching your television or reading news coverage of the events of
the past few days, you know that the open-borders crowd is most upset at the
prospect that our laws are finally going to be enforced. They lament that
if Arizona starts enforcing its immigration laws, then people who are in
this state and country illegally will pack up and leave.

    Well it is about time!

    Freedom is not free.

Illegal is not a race, it is a crime.

There is currently a battle raging in this country that will determine
whether our nation enforces its immigration laws and secures its borders or
becomes victim to its enemies. We are a Nation built upon the "Rule of Law"
and either we stand up for the principles that our Founding Fathers gave us
to ensure lasting Liberty, enshrined in a Constitution that protects those
liberties or we destroy all that is sacred and the end result will be a
    nation who commits suicide.

This nation must rise up and take back America. Across this nation, Tea
Party freedom loving patriots/constitutional conservatives are standing up
and demanding we take back of America. This is about America, many
Democrats, Republicans and Independents who are discontent with the radical
expansion of government, the erosion of freedom, unsecured borders,
sanctuary policies that restrict law enforcement from enforcing our laws and
the threat to our founding principles are saying enough is enough.

Like you, I will not stand by and watch this great country destroy itself
under mediocre leadership that drifts from one crisis to the next, eroding
our national will and purpose. The American people deserve better from
those to whom they entrust our nation's highest offices, and we stand united
in our resolve to do something about it.

We must demand the laws be enforced. We don't need reform we need
enforcement. It will take all of us to force our politicians to do
    something about it.

Of course, the next step of the open borders crowd is altogether
predictable. They promise to "punish" those of us who passed this law.
Already, I have two opponents in my race for re-election, so I am asking
you to stand with me and support my re-election campaign with a
contribution. Please go to www.russellpearce.com to make an online
contribution or you can send a check to the address below.

In my last race, one opponent spent more than $80,000 trying to beat me, and
he was supported by tens of thousands of dollars from outside groups, each
of whom wanted to send a message to lawmakers who put America and the rule
of law first. They wanted us to know that they would punish us for standing
up for the rule of law and defending our sovereignty, so they tried to make
an example of me. Thanks to the support of good friends like you, I won
that race, but they have made clear their intention to come after me again
    in 2010.

My friends, it is an honor to serve you at the State Capitol. And I am
proud of the work that we have done. Will you now stand with me and defend
    our hard-won gains?

It does not matter how great or small your contribution. While I am happy
to show an overflowing campaign account, it is an equally strong signal to
be able to show hundreds or thousands of contributors. So whether you are
giving the maximum of $410 or if you can only give $5, please go to
www.russellpearce.com and make a contribution today.

We are winning this fight, together... And it is a privilege to stand
shoulder to shoulder with you. Thank you, in advance, for your support!

And as always, do not ever hesitate to contact me if there is anything that
    I can do for you.

    Your faithful servant,

    Russell Pearce
You can mail your checks, made out to "Pearce for Arizona", to:

    Pearce for Arizona

The maximum contribution is $410 per individual or $820 per couple. Arizona
law requires us to collect your occupation and employer information, so if
you are sending a check, please include that information with your
    contribution.

Just as Arizonans keep relecting Sheriff Joe by a landslide, hopefully the same will go for Pearce. God Bless Pearce for having the courage and the balls to take this on!

I wonder how many supporters of this bill sent Mr. Pearce a thank you note? It seems he got left out and I am guilty of this also. I can't afford to dontate at this time, but I will send him a thank you note for having the balls to write and present this bill - he deserves at least that.

Sen. Pearce has been a tireless fighter against illegal immigration. Even though I'm not from Arizona, I almost felt obligated to give him a donation. It felt good to do it! God bless him.
    <div>Thank you Governor Brewer!</div>
