Let me guess the regional subdivisions!!!

The Northwest, the North, the Northeast.
The West, The Midwest, and the East.
The Southwest, the South, and the Southeast.
    The Territories thereof.

Those that allow this to happen deserve what they get. Keep your heads in the sand you get what you ask for.

I knew about the Constitution Convention.
It sounds like when you go to court on child support you can open other parts of the decision.

If they change the Constitution without Americans input there will be turmoil.
Our country will explode from mad citizens..

For some strange reason I don't believe that if they change our Constitution in any way, shape or form, that they will even hear a whimper from any U.S. citizens.

Everyone is still too shell shocked over all the crap this government and the Federal Reserve has been pulling on us that there isn't enough breath left after being kicked in the gut by the very people who are supposed to be looking out for this country and its citizens' best interests to even sigh at what ever else they have in store for us.

We've been taken over without a shot being fired. The ones who have had it in their plans to destroy this nation are on the move in full force to tear our house down around us while we're still in it, haul everything away and leave us quivering in the wind without the shelter of our walls, our liberties and our laws to protect us.

    Thus, the detention centers..

But then again, they keep claiming that our military is short on troops and the pentagon is screaming about it. The only ones who can stop this is our 100 Senators..where are they? Why aren't they screaming bloody murder at the top of their lungs? I'll tell you why..they've decided that their oaths don't mean a stinkin thing and those who would promise benefit to them are their masters. Don't get me wrong, there are the handful that will speak out on occassion, but the plan is going through anyhow because even they are not in someone's face about this! We could really use an out-and-out session of the Senate..an argument that doesn't stop until this new Constitution is reviewed by all of the Senate and House...AND THE PEOPLE!!! TREASON IS THE WORD OF THE DAY. As a sovereign nation, we owe the United Nations nothing!

I wrote the Library of Congress about this, and this is their reply to my question:

Question History: Patron: I was interested in more information on Executive Order 11647, given March 27th, 1969 by President Richard Nixon. Also, I was interested in the Goverment Reorganization Act of February 14th, 1972... And the Members of The Regional Council? Librarian 1: Executive Orders (EO) are published in title 3 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). 1972 edition of the CFR is not available online. You may access EO 11647, in title 3 of CFR (1972) at your local law school or at local Federal Depository Libraries < http://catalog.gpo.gov/fdlpdir/public.jsp > The following information on EO 11647 may be of interest:EO 11647 Amended by EO's 11731, 11892, 12038 Revoked by EO 12149 <http://www.archives.gov/federal-register/codification/executive-orders-14.html> Your inquiry about the Goverment Reorganization Act of February 14th, 1972 is not clear to us. All the federal laws of United States are published in the United States Statutes at Large. We have consulted the 1972 volume to locate your information. According to the United States Statutes at Large, no law was passed on February 14th of 1972. The only law on reorganization in 1972, passed on May 18, 1972, was "to establish certain positions in the Department of Treasury...." (Public Law 92-302, 86 Stat. 148-149). This publication may also be accessed at at your local law school or at local Federal Depository Libraries. The Council of Governments (COG) is a regional organization of Washington area local governments. COG is comprised of 21 local governments surrounding our nation's capital, plus area members of the Maryland and Virginia legislatures, the U.S. Senate, and the U.S. House of Representatives. We are not certain what region you are interested in. Please contact the COG for assistance with regional council members: <http://www.mwcog.org/contact/> We hope the information provided has been useful to you. Thank you, I found this very interesting. Are you going to go to a law library and look up the actual instruments? I would go but there are none nearby and I can't go anywhere without my little man, and he and a law library would not mix. When my dad gets back home after his winter migration to warmer weather, I could ask him to check, but that would not be until March.
