He hung up!! Final statement was "I hope next time we can talk about a subject where we can be more rational." Hannity's reply was "you mean I'm not being rational just because I disagree with you?" *Click*

Hannity is an a$$. Senator Voinovich usually does the right thing.
( Although, I suspect he wrongly supports the immigration bill) I suspect he realizes the majority of Americans no longer support the Iraq war, since it has deteriated into a unwinnable civil war. A war between people that have been fighting for thousands of years.

You don't take an army to war. You take a country to war. The country has said it is time to change course in Iraq. I'm certain no "war candidate" will be able to win the next election.

Well, as Voinovich would say: The fact of the matter is, this bill would bankrupt the social security system as well as the Medicare system.

Voinovich was tap dancing the clear questions that Hannity asked him. Its good to see that Hannity is not a Republican lap dog.

I think that statement is uncalled for!! I heard the interview, and Sean was simply asking an elected leader about this legislation that is so important to all of us. You could almost smell the fear and aprehension emminating through the radio, as he was caught in his own lies and arrogance. It was very revealing as to why our country is crumbling around us, with miscreants such as Voinovich and my own sell-out, Richard Burr running things in D.C..

joelfarm, I admit I didn't see or hear the interview. Hannity may have asked the tuff questions and George would want to doge them. He's been dodging my questions for a couple of months now. I suspect he wants the bill to pass. He's rarely out front with a commitment. ( I was surprized by his opposition to staying in Iraq.)

Tonight, I emailed the Senator this –

[[i]i][b]The Senate killed several proposals designed to answer conservatives' concerns that the bill is overly lenient toward illegal immigrants.

Your votes on amendments mean nothing. You will be judged by tomorrow’s vote on cloture. Period.

You must oppose this bill and vote “Noâ€

Wow this simply verifys the madness, arrogance and near sociopathic mentality of these Senators. The believe they rule BY law instead of rule of law. He actually told Sean that he had been in the "business" for 40 years and he will not be intimidated to vote by someone calling him on the phone and saying if he votes for amnesty his political career is over! Who the hell does he think he is?

    Listen to the talk here:

One other thing...I think the link to that audio should be passed on to as many people as possible, because it simply displays the arrogance of these big business monkeys. At the end in particular, he sounds like a small child! Unbelievable.....................

I had to chuckle when I heard him say that - the old geezer. We need to get rid of all the career politicians.

Sean was really on him and I thought he did a fantastic job!

Just think when we "win" this battle, the next one will be the Fairness Doctrine. Won't that one be fun!
