Someone called my attention to a billboard on Goshen Springs Road in Buford, Georgia (next to the largest mall in SE Mall of Georgia). I drove by to see it, and it was huge considering the road that it is on. You can't miss it. It had in very large letters the following:

"Do you know that most children of Hispanics speak English?"

I believe it said in the bottom right "by the Pew Center"
There were no numbers/statistics. Beside the words was a picture.
I was just wondering if that statement is true.
Even if it is true, who is paying for these children of Spanish speaking families to speak English.
I was also wondering if this is a major media billboard campaign around the country or is this just an isolated billboard.

This site is best best one to put it on since it gets a lot of traffic.
