Voting "yes" on barely read amendments?

Just wondering: How are Senators able to vote "yes" on 300 plus page
amendments that they admit they barely had time to read or study?

The real question is, how did the idiot senators that voted for cloture because they got their amendment in, think their amendment would really get discussed.

Anyone who would vote and approve this bill without reading, understanding and knowing exactly what it stands for does not deserve to be a member of our senate . . . much less an American!!
