What happens to an illegals assets if they are arrested?
What happens to an illegals assets if they are arrested and deported?
If the assets are confiscated and forfieted, seems like it would be a good incentive for towns to crack down on illegal immigration... or one way to help foot the bill for getting them out. If it's not part of the law now it should be.

What happens to the loans threw all the banks that give them loans. I heard half the cars end up back in Mexico and never found. Around here I notice most Latino's driver new cars. What would happen to the banks if they were sent back? Just a thought!

The banks will probably find a way to make the American Citizens pay for all those loans. Like paying higher prices due to shoplifters. We pay for everything else for the illegals, why not their defaulted loans too.
