Thread: Obama Supports: Opt-Out Travelers Domestic Extremists!

If the information recently acquired by Doug Hagmann of Northeast Intelligence Network is accurate, then something really big is happening in America right now - and it’s most certainly not a step towards individual liberty.

According to Mr. Hagmann, he was contacted by a source within the DHS who provided an alarming memo detailing a new administrative directive agreed upon by DHS chief Janet Napolitano and the head of TSA John Pistole. The memo, according to Doug Hagmann, “officially addresses those who are opposed to, or engaged in the disruption of the implementation of the enhanced airport screening procedures as ‘domestic extremists’.â€

You know, if you put all of this together with all the other unconstituitionl things that Obama has done, and couple it with the talk that the radical left is trying to shut us all up, this is beginning to scare the hell out of me. I wonder if Congress even realizes what is going on here, how Obama is rapidly taking our freedoms away to try to make us all bend to his will. America better start speaking up about this, and do it loudly, or we're all in trouble.

Even if Congress acts quickly it will be too little, too late. As much as I like Ron Paul, his speech about proposing a "Traveler's Dignity Act" contained too little substance about how to achieve immediate reform; what's needed are some Patriotic soldiers working with local police to start entering the airports and driving the TSA out. Along with that we citizens are going to have to brace for some pretty rough times if Obama starts flailing about in his authority and starts sending TSA agents into the broad public (with their Gestapo-like "X-ray" vans?) to deal with their idea of "trouble makers" and a DHS mandate to "temporarily" detain citizens, POSSIBLY in the strangely conceived "FEMA Camps" which could go into operation under Executive mandate from the White House.

According to the new DHS proposal, what I am writing here could get me "detained"; it is very similar to Hitler's rise in power...

First off, all this began under Bush Jr. with the Patriot Act and the majority of Congress on BOTH sides voting for it. Obama is just doing the same thing. So please, it's very important to realize that this is not about Left vs. Right. They are ALL guilty of not protecting our constitutional rights (with a few exceptions such as Ron Paul and maybe a couple of others)

However, I do concede, that which ever party is in power will get the full support of their own kind. And these are the people that are such hypocrites. For instance, don't you think it odd that the ACLU and all those anti-war protesters are stunningly silent during this administration?? Yet, here we have Obama continuing some of the same policies as the last administration (and now it's getting even more tyrannical) So in this sense, the Obama Zombies and the left wing media, will find no fault in their leader. It just proves that it no longer matters which party is in power because we no longer have a representative form of government.

Also note that these security measures being laid down by the TSA is unconstitutional because no one in Congress wrote it or even voted for it. These laws as with many others being enforced today, are being written by bureaucrats. And many are making HUGH profits over these new technologies such as former head of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff.

Yes, now it's really starting to get dangerous and the history reminder of Nazi Germany (thanks), makes it even more chilling. Don't think these subtle changes haven't gone unnoticed by German and Jewish Americans who lived through those times. I've read some interviews where they talk about seeing those same signs happening in America. The majority of Americans wouldn't notice it because most of us never knew what it was like to live under tyranny! These people know how precious freedom is. They know better than to easily give up their rights - even in the name of security - because if you give them an inch, they will take a mile.

All of us have been conditioned to view the government as caretaker and something to trust. That's why so many of our friends and family are so willing to give up their rights. They don't believe that it can happen here too.

This is a very crucial time now. I believe we are being tested as Americans to see which side wins out. Either the American who is fearful and easily led like sheep to the slaughter, or the American who is fearless and possess the same spirit that led a bunch of rabble to win freedom for their country. I sure hope it's the latter!
