The truth is that illegal aliens up to age 35 can get the amnesty. The illegal aliens only need to say that they plan on going to college or joining the military, and it gives them in-state tuition!

There is absolutely no oversight over who gets this amnesty, and illegal aliens with multiple criminal convictions are still eligible for the DREAM Act.

If enacted, up to 2 million illegals can get amnesty, and this assumes there is no fraud, which inevitably occurs with amnesties.

Obama and the Democrats are already gutting enforcement, attacking states who pick up the slack, and are now trying to push amnesty. We need to stop them

Act Now to Stop the DREAM ACT Amnesty

Call your Senator. If they are up for re-election, tell them that you will not accept any amnesty under any circumstances, and there is no way that you will vote for them should they support any version of amnesty.
Call your Congressman. Demand that they go on the record now that they will not support the DREAM Act or any other amnesty if they want your vote.

And there will be waivers for every imagined reason to allow as many as possible to qualify
