Important Bill this week - get involved
The U.S. House of Representatives will take up a major border and interior enforcement bill, probably starting on Thursday. The vote may be close and should happen by end of week.
Read our synopsis of H.R. 4437 which passed the Judiciary Committee late last week and will be coming to the House floor.
The giant advance of this bill is that it finally requires every employer to run every new hire through an electronic verification system. NumbersUSA believes this is the single most important provision that Congress could pass to begin to reduce the illegal population in this country.
For that reason alone, this is a bill worth passing.
But you will see in our summary that there are many other enforcement measures, including a lot of improvements on the border.
If your not signed up at numbersusa.com do so now and help use that system to fax to all levels of federal government to assure for once they do what we want about our borders and illegals breaking our laws and stealing our country.
