"No person except a natural born Citizen... shall be eligible to the Office of President."
A natural born Citizen is:- a citizen
born in the country
of parents who are citizens,
Mr. Obama has attempted to deny his birthplace in Mombasa, Kenya, by posting on the Internet fabricated images of two counterfeit, forged Hawaii birth documents. But even if Barack Obama II HAD been born in Hawaii (which he wasn't) - even if he had been born in the Lincoln Bedroom of the White House, witnessed by the nine Supreme Court Justices - he could never be a natural born Citizen. His Kenyan, British Protected Citizen father was NEVER a U.S. citizen. MASSIVE FAILOne man's terrorist is another man's undocumented worker.
Unless we enforce laws against illegal aliens today,
tomorrow WE may wake up as illegals.
The last word: illegal aliens are ILLEGAL!

P.S. I sent Brown a couple of blistering emails. And I'm sure I'm not the only one. I hope is really getting an ear-ful right now.

Brown also just signed a bill making it more difficult to impound an unlicensed illegal alien driver's automobile, when one gets nabbed at a DUI/License checkpoint.
Brown, like most Democrats, is going out of his way to make California illegal alien friendly. It's not as though he is unaware of those that think this idea royally sucks.
California is almost (really close) beyond American democracy at this point.

Well you're right, SZ. But I'd like to think (or at least hope) that Brown isn't immune to the vitriol that is surely coming his way.l

He needs to be recalled. We did it to Gray "Dufus" and we can do it to brown.

We have a problem. CA is demographically "gone" for conservatives. It is filled with anchor babies and former illegal aliens and, in the big cities, white liberals. The conservatives/business people have been moving out for the past 15 years, and the 3rd World has been moving in. Add into this mix what I suspect are tens of thousands of illegal aliens who vote in CA elections, and no conservative has much of a prayer here, except in local or regional elections (exs. Tom McClintock, Darrel Issa, etc.).
Here is reality. Obama could lose in a landslide this coming year. The unemployment rate could continue to slowly climb for the next 13 months and he could dig us into debt a couple more trillion dollars ... and you know what? He'll still win California by at least 8 points next year. We saw the reality of what California is now, in 2010. GOP candidates swept to victories everywhere EAST of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Demography is destiny and I fear California's has already been written. We simply allowed this illegal alien hugging to go on too long and now there are too few people here who aren't either liberal illegal alien sympathizers or the offspring of current and former illegals.

I like what assemblymember Tim Donnelly -- a Republican from San Bernadino -- said. He's already working to repeal the legislation and he says "it will hurt the Democrats in the upcoming election." Just ask Rick Perry.
