Thread: An idea on how to round up illegals

Well i'am not very good at the laws of America but..could there be a bounty placed on all these illegals and than allow bounty hunters to pick them up and deliver them the ICE (or who ever)..let say a $1000 or so a head??? i do believe tha bounty hunters can go anywhere in America to get their man..or woman..this is just an idea please don't hang me lol..

I think a sting operation offering free baby formula and diapers would work to round up most illegal immigrant mothers. For the illegal immigrant men, just set up a sting operation advertising driver's licenses without a proof of citizenship or requirement.

Interesting, but the reason that bounty humters have carte blanche to go after bail jumpers is that they are agents for bondholders. A bond works just like the old usage of the term "bond," as in free vs. bond. When you place yourself under bond, you become the chattel of the bondholder and he may use extraordinary means under the international lex mercatorum to recover his property. A person under bond is deemed to have waived all rights relative to satisfying the conditions set by his bondholder.

None of this, to my knowledge, would or could apply to illegal aliens UNLESS those of them who were captured and then released pending a hearing were placed under bond.

well see thats a start,,how about people come here for a few weeks and want to stay pass their visa,,make them sign a bond ,that if and when they don't show up they go and get them..i have seen some shows on bountry hunters and they don't care and are not afraid to get the job done,AND the people that want to come will have to pay a bond fee,deposit,thats is return when they leave this country..that right there should that care of most of the cost of this program..
