Sign Petition Against President Obama's Plan to Take Authority Over Immigration Away from Congress!
Express Outrage at President Obama's Plans to Abuse Executive Powers to Grant 12-18 Million Illegal Aliens Amnesty!
It is disappointing that you are even considering abusing various executive procedures to amnesty the 12-18 million illegal aliens living in the United States. Whom exactly do you represent?
This decision would take policy making out of the hands of Congress in clear violation of the Constitution. Recent amnesty proposals have failed in Congress because amnesty does not have the support of the American people. Attempting to sneak an amnesty through without a vote in Congress will continue to erode the American public's confidence in the Executive Branch.
I urge you to abandon your plans to place lawbreakers above average Americans and legal immigrants. Any executive processes used to amnesty illegal aliens would bring disgrace to our nation, undermine our Constitution, and harm America's unemployed and underemployed.

Can he really do this? Wouldn't that re-define the office of the president as one of supreme rulership rather than elected servant?
If he signs such an executive order must we honor it, or can we challenge it in court the way the federal government is challenging Arizona SB1070?<div>

He is trying that is why Numbers USA has the petition out and also why Numbers USA members have sent over 200K faxes to congress just since Tuesday!

Our courts turned against us and created a dictatorship in 1937. Obama is the first to go beyond the scope of what EO's were to be used for. Total abuse of power...but we are hopeless at this point in time to stop it.
The courts in 1937 decreed that treaties, known as executive agreements, signed by presidents Executive Orders do not require consensus or approval by either the legislative (Congress) or judicial (U.S. Supreme Court) branches of the government.
