Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump won’t rule out choosing rival Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)as a potential vice president if he is elected president, according to Politico
.“Well, I don’t know. Look, I have nothing against him. It was sort of a sad thing that happened, but I’ve always liked him,” Trump told Hugh Hewitt on his radio show Thursday, after weeks of trashing his primary rival as nasty, hypocritical and disliked.
Trump added that he has “always gotten along well” with Cruz, but that “I’m so much now focused on New Hampshire.”
The remarks come a day after Trump said he would likely sue after tweeting that Cruz cheated and “illegally” stole Monday’s caucuses in Iowa.

This just proves how confusing presidential candidate politics can be if you're not paying close attention.

It just shows how easily deluded some people are to believe for a second Trump will ever be the same room with Ted Cruz after this election.

No, I'm not calling Donald Trump a liar, I'm calling you deluded. Trump isn't going to tell anyone who he might want for VP, he's not going to create any issue at all associated with his VP selection. He's already said, he's not going there until after he wins and now because of Iowa, that's going to be a long, long, long time from now, maybe never. He may not be able to defeat the Establishment that's going to rally big-time behind Rubio. Trump needed to win Iowa to Run the Table and get this over with fast. You've no idea the damage to our cause and country that has been caused by Cruz supporters like you who wanted to defile our front-runner, the man who could have won it all and fix our country. All of that is in jeopardy now.
You people who thought you could fall for a con artist like Ted Cruz, and have your cake and eat it too, with your silly TWOFER deal, I mean it's just unbelievable that you could be part of our organization for as many years as you have and fall for such a stupid and potentially fatal scheme as that.
