Cant beleive what happened in court today

Went to traffic court today. Judge called Jesus Lopez up . Mr Lopez you are charged with driving without a licence how do you plead. Guilty your honor. Why dont you have a license Mr Lopez? Lopez mumbles somthing about Mexico. Are you an illegal alien Mr Lopez? Yes I am. Ok 148 dollar fine go pay the court clerk. And Jesus walks out the door. What really steamed me was after the illegal an American citizen gets up and got a huge fine for driving on a suspended license plus a big lecture on what would happen if he gets caught again. Mr illegal got no such warning. I still really cannot beleive this happened it was so strange to see an invader just admit it and walk away with a puny fine.

Yes, Americans are second class citizens and the illegals are the chosen ones being given our nation right beneath our feet.

I hear this same kind of story from all across America on the ALIPAC phones and email accounts each week.

They make more $, they have better health care, they get preference over citizens in limited health care resources, there are gazillions of churches and charitable organizations that seem not to know this and salve their conscience providing EVERYTHING for the illegal Mexican, of which they only know a caricature - but oh do they believe!

Ha ha a charitable organization called my house asking for unused household goods - I told them to get a Spanish speaker and go ask the illegals - they are all doing better than us. She laughed so hard. (I suppose it's better than crying.)

Seriously, I have been to several illegal houses - THEY HAVE EVERYTHING!
    (And all brand new too.)

Second class citizens' that is becoming truer every day.The mobile home park where I live has over 200 homes in it and was a beutiful place until a large co. bought it.Now it is 90% immigrants, and looks like a third world city'furthermore if you complain about the dope dealers and the people breaking city and state laws you might get evicted like my 70 year old neibor just did. Hopfully I can gather enough evidence to go to the state D.A. with. We have got to turn this country around!!

    Ditto...

I have a similar story in traffic court in Flowery Branch, Georgia last month. I was the American who was hassled over window tint even though I had medical documentation from my mother's physician which I gave to the police officer at the time he gave me the ticket. I was even laughed at in court by the police officers and solicitor for standing up for myself for saying that "I did not break a law." They finally threw the ticket out of court, but not after 3 visits to court and my announcing in front of about 75 people sitting in the courtroom that I was being harrassed by Flowery Branch.

Now how is this related to the topic??

Being in traffic court 3 times for 3 consecutive sessions showed me how the "system" worked. Usually the illegals were done with first. The judge would make an annoucement similar to "if you are here illegally then this could affect your immigration status". That was said as a blanket statement to all at the beginning. Then one by one the illegals went up.
One of them was put on a payment plan to pay the fine. I never saw an illegal get arrested there, but I saw one or two Americans get arrested on the spot in each session. The illegals were given fines and let go. Flowery Branch is the next town over by Gainesville, Georgia which is the chicken capital. All Flowery Branch wanted was to generate money. Deporting anyone would tap into their revenue.

As for my situation, I was hassled 3 times in traffic court for a citation that I shouldn't have been given to begin with. I am looking into legal action against the town.

All things seem to indicate that illegals from Mexico are a protected class in the U.S. and no judge or authorities is going to bug them or give them a hard time. I've always suspected some sort of deal between Mexico and the U.S. that warrants such level of protectionism towards them. The fact that they area illegal means nothing to law enforcement or the courts. In fact, illegals go to court on traffic violations all the time and the scenario you describe happens everyday in any city USA. There have been cases where illegals have sued U.S. citizens and won in court. Remember this case? Illegals are afforded the same rights as legal immigrants and they're often referred to as "immigrants"

I do know those things happen all the time, so sad, but so true, either that particular Judge didn't want to be known as a Judge that "targets Illegal Immigrants by taking them straight from court to ICE so that they could be deported or he was afraid that during the next election he or his associates might lose some of their votes.

Either way you slice it, it's a violation of our rights, and a violation of the Federal Immigration Laws.

I was in traffic court last year, first thing they said the interpreter can not stay long so all Spanish speakers go first. How many illegals walked out the door I don't know, I don't speak Spanish.

When we recalled Gray Davis there were so many people voting they ran out of English ballots, if you wanted to vote had to be on a Spanish ballot.

I see plently of discrimination lawsuit opportunities.

We are all imprisoned by the enemy within. The judge fears being sued by La Raza or ACLU. The illegals get to go first like royalty because of saving our tax dollars by not making the interpreter sit there all day. (So yes, if you don't care to learn the language you should pay for your own interpreter.) Citizens are silenced by example, eviction, higher penalties for speaking their mind and addressing the inequity is considered hate speech because the royalty is brown. True, several of my government employers hired illegal cleaning crews and I also dared not say anything fearing the complaint would be traced back to me and cost me my job. I knew the citizens who had lost their good janitorial with benefits jobs and cried out to anybody who would listen. There have been many times over the years that I myself have considered that I would prefer such a job to office B.S. But even if we want to opt out of the rat race and still be able to eat - those options are now closed to us.

We are being killed by our own laws put there to protect us. Anytime a euro-descent person cries discrimination they are ridiculed, harassed, threatened and face loss of our very jobs.

Meanwhile I criticize our media but truthfully they have keepers as well. I am sure that some investigative journalist would like to find out the money trail behind the ongoing Barnett lawsuit and publicize it. Obviously they wish to bankrupt him and there is probably some Soros shell corporation hoping to buy his ranch in order to provide the cartels with a privately opened pathway into the nation. Personally I have no idea but I wish a journalist would do the footwork - obviously his location is strategic to them.

First of all this suit is based on the say so of criminals. There is no proof that I have seen reported. Their only claim is verbal abuse. There are no scars or history of associated hospitalizations or any kind of proof. Did I miss it? If any of us tried to do this we would never even get an attorney to waste their time. Plenty of us suffer verbal abuse daily at work and even the unions do nothing about it despite hostile work environment creates ill health and kills people. These illegals in this case only suffered the hostile verbal environment for a short period of time and it is only what they claim - no recording.
