Last weekend, staff members of Fronteras.org traveled to the Church Adalberto in Chicago, IL. The church is at the forefront of the Sanctuary movement, as they gave Sanctuary to Elvira Arellano last year, and currently house Flor Crisostomo. During our visit we were able to conduct an interview with Emma, a staff member of the church and activist for immigrant rights.

During the interview Emma talked about the legality of Sanctuary, the issue of assimilation, immigration in the media, as well as the upcoming presidential election.
