Three Latino-heavy California counties are among the most agriculturally-rich and the hungriest in the country.

A landmark study of hunger in America has revealed a cruel irony: People are going hungry in some of the most fertile, food-producing counties in the United States.

Most of them look pretty overweight to me....perhaps they should buy more staples instead of junk foof if they must choose one or the other.

You're right Steve! they don't look like they have missed many meals

I LOVE that photographer. To show how hungry they are he picks the fattest ones he can find to photograph. And he shows that they have jobs. I think he is a secret Alipacer.

Most Fertile.. Maybe if they had fewer kids? Less mouths to feed = more for everyone.

Taking a bite out of the cabbage or lettuce probably won't hurt anything because they've probably already urinated and defecated all over the field. perhaps I'm wrong, maybe they have porta-potties near by.

I worked with many hispanics in the past and not a single one was underweight or suffering in any way.
