    Greetings from Mexifornia...where Spanish always comes first

    Maybe violators should pay the fine in pesos. See how they like that.

    It's funny that the comments on the ticket are written in English.

    Shouldn't they have been in spanish first, to conform with the style of the ticket?
    It's like hell vomited and the Bush administration appeared.

    This is the response I got after eMailing them. I guess this manager hasn't actually seen the "Noticas" because it looks to me like Espanol is the Primary Language and English is just an inconvenient afterthought....
