This is just going too far. Someone complain, please. National citizenship IS NOT a theological or spiritual issue. It is strictly a political one.

Maybe Arizona could bill aliens for their arrest and waive it for citizens and legal aliens then use SAVE to determine if the arrestee is eligible for that benefit.
I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

    CLERGY

REALLY? THE CLERGY FILED SUIT AGAINST ARIZONA BECAUSE THEY WANT TO KEEP ILLEGALS IN THIS COUNTRY. BUT NO SUIT FOR THE "BABY KILLING" HEALTH CARE BILL? ILLEGALS ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN UNBORN BABIES, I GUESS. WELL, AFTER YEARS OF PROVIDING SAFE HAVEN HUNTING GROUNDS FOR CHILD MOLESTORS, WHAT MORE CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THAT GROUP. THEY DON'T CARE IF BLANKET AMNESTY INCLUDES CHILD MOLESTORS. MAYBE THEY NEED RECRUITS. PELOSI TOLD THEM, "USE THE BULLY PULPIT". WE ARE GETTING MORE LIKE THE OLD ENGLAND OUR ANCESTORS FLED. CHURCH AND STATE INTERTWINED. RULING TOGETHER AGAINST THE MASSES.

That is a PDF that says LATINO CLERGY -- La Raza is considered a church you know -- they believe in one God La Raza and his kingdom of Aztlan...

I did some online research of Arizona records at the Maricpa county recorders office on one of their plaintiffs they listed, Fermin Leon, a sucessful bakery business owner who as they claim is an illegal alien.

I found under his name two IRS tax liens the latest one filed by the IRS in 2008 for $55,000. The IRS lien listed self-employment. That would make sense if he is operating his bakery as a sole proprietor as I was not able to locate any legal business on him with the Arizona Corporations Commission and you can run a business in Arizona as a DBA (Doing Business AS).

I also found home loan documents and I wonder if any of them were Federal home loans.

What I found was interesting that he initially was using the name Fermin L. Leon and then it looks like he changed his name several years ago using the name Fermin Leon Tello and also a hyphenated version of Fermin Leon-Tello on a traffic ticket I found. The IRS lien shows a social security number (last 4 digits) and I am betting his 16 year old anchor baby Son shares his name as a junior and he is probably using his social security number although I can not prove that. He took out several new home loans in this new name.

The reason I know he did this is the records under both names for home loans is he did a disclaimor deed by his wife that the properties were his sole and separate properties. Both disclaimer deeds under different names listed a notarized siganture by his wife Gabriella Tello and were the same wife's name in both instances.

I know it states in the lawsuit he is under a deportation order so I wonder if he is trying to hide his identity to avoid arrest and deportation. I would assume his wife is also an illegal alien.

So, if one of their plaintiffs used a false name on the lawsuit isn't that a basis to have him removed from the suit if that can be proved? Isn't it perjury?

Here are the links I am looking at.
