WHY TEXAS IS GOING BLUE

And as an added “bonus”, he outlines how Obama pushes funding for illegal aliens and ignores veterans in the process. This clip is not only worth a watch, but it commands a share.

I cried when I listened to the veteran who could not get help but the government finds money for illegal aliens. We are being robbed to care for foreigners in our nation and our own citizens cannot get assistance. Anchor babies were 75 percent of births in one hospital in Texas. Teen pregnancy up 50 percent in Texas.

We have been betrayed for so many decades by politicians and leaders. Don't any of these people care what is happening to America? We continue to vote in large numbers of people who will let it happen.

it is not just Texas turning blue. It will be Georgia, Tennessee, other states where illegal aliens and refugees have been and are strategically being placed to flip them blue.

The Dominican Republic Supreme Court ruled---very sensibly---that their birthright citizenship provision did not extend to persons born "in transit." Akin to the US constitution which only gives citizenship to those born 'under the jurisdiction' of the US government this theory would prevent deliberate exploitation of the acquisition of citizenship. It really makes sense, also, when you consider that travel has often been time consuming and we just could not accomodate people who delivered children while they were traveling through the US. This is about our only hope to stem the insidious infiltration of our country.

I'm trying to imagine how the US Supreme Court would have ruled on this before the days of modern travel. A female foreign citizen could be traveling through the US en route to somewhere else, delayed by weather, delayed by visiting relatives, delayed for any number of reasons. Would her child then be given US citizenship?

Besides questioning whether foreign travelers in the US would be "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" maybe there's other questions that could be raised against simply granting citizenship to anyone born here.

This ruling from the Dominican Republic made news in 2015 because a few hundred thousand Haitians were involved. While not that many countries have birthright citizenship there must be some others that have had to rule on this.
