When in the course of human events it becomes apparent that our elected officials have become so entrenched and isolated from the American electorate that they actively defy the will of the people as is evident in the government’s repeated obstinate attempts to impose this latest illegal immigration amnesty law;

When our government refuses to uphold it’s number one responsibility, the safety of it’s people, by refusing to secure our nation’s borders;

When our government arrogantly elects to not enforce the laws itself has overwhelming voted for last October, such as the building of a 800 mile fence;

When our government operates unfettered by the constraints of our Constitution and becomes a de-facto unaccountable body, restricting our freedoms and perverting the moral standards of our society. Is it then time for a new revolution?

In our Declaration of Independence, our Founding Fathers wisely noted “Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of the American people.â€
