Thread: Anchor Babies Adjust Well In US

I was cruising through the Maricopa County Sheriff website today looking at the mugshots and crimes of those arrested in the last 72 hours and came across this guy's arrest. While looking at his info online I came across his Father 2003 arrest for discharging a firearm within city limits and felony disorderly conduct. The father plead dealed and plead guilty to felony disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 24 months probation, forfeiture of the firarm, and ordered not to remain or re-enter the United States if processed for voluntary deportation. The Son is a Junior so they share the same name. The son claimed white as his race on his booking into jail.

So what was he supposed to put for race again? I thought White was the correct choice and that's what I conveyed to most of the Hispanics I know when they filled out their census forms. I mean some of them are light skinned so.... What do you think?

You obviously missed the entre point of this post.

The point of the post was another example of an illegal alien who doesn't come in the front door and assimilate into our culture. Instead, he commits felony crimes, has an anchor baby, who that anchor baby assimilates to the Father's culture by commiting felony crimes.

Had we had actual enforcement of federal immigration laws instead of a general policy of "get past border patrol at the border and reach a US City and you are home free from being discovered by the Feds" this Father would have been most likely discovered ealier by local law enforcement such as on traffic stops, ect. Then he would have not been here long enough to have an anchor baby commiting serious crimes following in dads footsteps in the US.

Then we would not be paying for incarceration cost and legal defense cost for the anchor baby.

In otherwords, our ineffective enforcement by the federal government of immigration laws for far to long has allowed examples such as this to exist throughout the United States. This is just one example of many.

Now with Arizona new 1070 law we can break that cycle and reap the rewards in the future by reducing these types of incidence's from occuring on US soil.

I hope congress is able to get legislation passed this year eliminating this loophole of anchor baby automatic citizenship by making law that one parent must be a US Citizen or a naturalized citizen.

Not sure if these examples are worth anything though. I could point out many examples from my experience that show the opposite, but again, what would that prove? Nothing. Illegal immigration is illegal immigration.

Anchor babies are the ones that are joining gangs and spraying graffiti on any and everything. They adopt the ILLEGAL MEXICAN CULTURE and then shove the mexican flag In our face.... Anchor babies shold NOT become American citizens by virtue of where they land after delivery. It Is a complete misuse of the 14th Amendment....
