I lost this fight two decades ago and the supreme court played games before that. Birthright citizenship is no longer valid in the Fourteenth
Amendment. This has been so important in the past. Even more so now.
The OBL keeps us tied down with piece work amnesty legislation
and the number of illegals grows every damn day.
Illegals babies are not my responsibility, to feed, cloth, educate nor
    incarcerate.
They are now nor ever have been U.S citizens. In my opinion.
Sure there have been some good kids but the fact is lawlessness
breeds unlawful, arrogant, entitlement minded brats as we have
witnessed. Time to end it. Once and for our Republic. and all.

I found an Article written September 27, 1957 by David Lawrence with the title: There is No "Fourteenth Amendment"!

    http://www.supremelaw.org/authors/lawrence/no14th.htm

A MISTAKEN BELIEF -- that there is a valid article in the
Constitution known as the "Fourteenth Amendment" -- is
responsible for the Supreme Court decision of 1954 and the
ensuing controversy over desegregation in the public schools of
America. No such amendment was ever legally ratified by three
fourths of the States of the Union as required by the
Constitution itself. The so-called "Fourteenth Amendment" was
dubiously proclaimed by the Secretary of State on July 20, 1868.
The President shared that doubt. There were 37 States in the
Union at the time, so ratification by at least 28 was necessary
to make the amendment an integral part of the Constitution.
Actually, only 21 States legally ratified it. So it failed of
    ratification.

Its a long article, I posted the first paragraph but he seems to back up with he says with some nice facts.
Maybe we should forward this to Lindsey Graham..

Russel Pearce would be a good one to forward it to, but knowing him he probably already has a heads up on this one.

I sent the link about the 14th not being legal to Senator Pearce, he is the one who wrote 1070 and is now working on getting rid of birthright citizenship.

Here is Mr Pearce's website if any of you ever want to send a message. He has been fighting pretty hard against illegal immigration.

That's no hidden secret, they pretty much have an industry of this!
Not to mention birthright tourism, sometimes from countries that are not our friends.
    Venezeula comes to mind.
