NCLR action alert
From:
Dear Advocates:
Thank you for joining us for the National Council of La Raza's (NCLR) first Latino Call to Action. We hope you will all remain engaged in efforts toward immigration reform this year. The call to action is urgent- our community needs your help. As we approach the end of the first 100 days of the Obama administration, we need you to participate in Reflection and Action: National Call-In for Immigration Reform, a nationwide effort through which advocates call their congressional members to pass comprehensive immigration reform in 2009.
As we heard from Cesar Gonzalez, Legislative Director for Congressman Lincoln Diaz-Balart (FL-21), Susan Collins, Legislative Director for Congressman Luis Gutierrez (IL-4), and Janet MurguĂ*a, President and CEO of NCLR, many positive signs show us that immigration is on the national agenda. Their inspiring words have called us to act for change!

Change begins at the local level. To help achieve the reform that our country and our community need, host a Call-In Party. You will bring people together to reflect, by educating one another and sharing experiences, and to act, by calling elected officials in support of just and humane immigration reform.
Host a Call-In Party during our week of action (April 27-May 1, 2009) and call for immigration reform!
Go to www.nclr.org/immigrationcall-in to register your event and find more information!
You can make a difference!
Sincerely,
NCLR Staff

Get La Raza and other hate groups out of our country.
We don't give billions of tax dollars to the KKK, so why are our tax dollars going to hate groups like La Raza, Lu Lac, Chamber of Commerce, and the ACLU?

The XENOPHOBIC National Council of Latino Racists!
Now....could you please remind me again of just who the "RACISTS" and "XENOPHOBES" are?
The original heading to the NCLR call to action letter above was printed like this: [color=red]Latino Call to Action: Call for Immigration Reform!â€.
