    MA Says No To In-State Tuition For Illegals

    In Texas and CA they pulled a sneak play. They put the measure into law before the public even knew what was happening.

    They tried the same thing in Florida, but activists and legislators caught it in time.

    ALIPAC helped in the MA victory by sending them our report "How to defeat in-state tuition in your state" found in the ALIPAC archives from last summer. This document details how we defeated HB 1183 in NC.

    I have interviewed leaders of the resistance in FL and MA and we are updating the "How to..." report for further circulation around the country.
