Problem at another website (IIP)
Hey all,
I support the folks at illegalimmigrationforums.com but when I made my first post (to ANY discussion group ever) it accidentally logged me in as a former member who had been banned for support of the KKK (innervision). I posted it in the forum that it was a mistake and then informed the administrators. Then when I tried to log in as myself it said I was banned. My posting was clearly of a different style and it concerned wanting to keep social security solvent, especially with regards to making it available to extended families of former illegal aliens. After more emails with no reply I told them I was going to post elsewhere for help. Does anyone know who's in charge? It makes me feel discouraged about posting and supporting these websites and I don't want to feel that way. BTW I love this site and read from it nearly everyday to stay informed.
Thanks for listening.

I don't know anyone over there so I don't think I can help you there.
This is a better forum anyway.
KKK and Nazi posts will get banned in a HEARTBEAT!

I cant find any website called illegalimmigrationforums.com
I don't understand how anyone on any forum could accidentally log in as a former member.
This just does not make sense on many levels. 1. To log in as another user, you would have to have their password so accidental log in would not happen.
2. If they had banned this former member, why would you be able to post at all?
This post makes no sense and I'm wondering if it is more insane drool from the capila (Alipac spelled backwards) crazies

I hope you weren't implying I'm crazy! :P
I was in a hurry - I meant illegalimmigrantprotest.com - sorry about that. I posted a sensible reply about amnesty and Soc Sec and when I went back to the forum this is the message I got:
Sorry Guest, you are banned from using this forum!
Affiliation and promotion of the KKK is strictly forbidden.
I would NEVER support the KKK. But "innervision" did and my posts came across as theirs. I even saw that originally and made a second post to the effect that I'm not that person - it was a weird computer glitch. You can see it for yourself that I wanted to fix it. What I don't get is why the admins wouldn't respond to my emails. Anyway, this IS a better forum so I'm not that worried about it. Just insulted that I have a ban on my computer for something I didn't do from an organization I would like to support. I'm happier here but I thought maybe someone knew these guys and could let them know that wasn't cool. Thanks for responding.

Somehow they banned your IP address? I joined the forums at www.chicanoforums.com , made one comment about a story that the moderator just posted a video of, told him the story was over two years old and not new, logged out to check meat on BBQ, tried to log back in, and got:
Board Message
Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.
The error returned was:
Sorry, you are not permitted to use this board
Did some searching on line and found out that they can ban an IP address, can't even look at the web site now. LA Raza, Chicano Racist site.
Checked the site from work computer, he removed the entire video link and my membership.
