We will bring you a shocking report from the U.S.-Mexico border on two border patrol agents who could face life in prison for enforcing border security.

Then, Clark Kent Ervin, CNN security analyst and author of "Open Target: Where America is Vulnerable to Attack," joins us to discuss the uncovered U.K. terror plot.

Plus, we will be joined by a distinguished panel of Middle East experts: Daniel Pipes of the Middle East Forum, Karim Sadjadpour of the International Crisis Group and Alon Ben-Meir of the World Policy Institute
In a chilling development that casts strong doubt on the U.S.
government's ability to manage any guest worker program, the
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service responded to a Freedom
of Information Act request for H1-b data by saying…we can't
find it. They can't find the information on who they granted
visas to, or what companies they granted them to.
What does
this mean for the possibility of a well-run guest-worker
program?

WHY HAVE A PROGRAM IF THEY DON'T INTEND TO OPERATE IT RIGHT?
I don't know about you people, but the way things are going.......it kind looks a little bleak from my standpoint on our country.
