Thread: Illegal Immigrants are bad for America's Health.

I often wonder why there has been an increase in Mumps, Measles and other childhood diseases long since eradicated are making a comeback. My thought is perhaps it is the adults and primarily children who sneak into this country are not properly immunized due to the substandard health care in Mexico. I would assume that foreigners who come to America lawfully have some sort of health screening and inoculations. Children of Illegals attend public schools with new strains infectious diseases are passed to other children who may have had their shots but their immune systems are rendered powerless.

Lastly and much more ominous, Illegal Immigrants may bring the bird flu to the US and I think that Mexico will have the first serious outbreak in the North Western hemisphere.

Required imminizations in foreign countries are more laxed then here in the USA.
