Will the paper work hold up in court?

    Very Interesting.

Interesting, Millere. Is there another form where one employer has been injured by another employer who hires illegals?

I have heard of American more qualified to do the job, and the next immigration in line gets the job.

It is about time, should be attached to job application. Americans need to be taking the workplace issues with immigration this serious.

I am all new to this, but I think I have read that the Department of Justice will take seriously those claims in which a methodical approach to gathering evidence has been done, such as journals, good background info and photographs.

I am slowly gathering evidence on an office that IBM opened in East Lansing and claimed would give permanent jobs to local residents. Some evidence indicates that they only made false statements to garner public support and will in reality only be hiring foreigners as workers, not US citizens. Once I get a packet of information together that provides the kind of proof that can be taken to court, I will contact and hand it over to the DOJ. I will also be contacting the local media as well.
