    Senate Recall rules?

    anyone know what the rules are for recalling a recently elected Senator?

    I cannot believe this has not been discussed here already, if I missed it, can someone post a link to that thread?

    I don't know. I would think impeachment is an option.

    You better have a lot of money to do it. We need to have her resign over her conflict of interest issues with her husband profiting from Iraq.

    Looks like CA and NV have the recall rules. NV needs to get rid of Reid. My kids live there, but hey LV uses so many illegals it won't happen.

    Why all the hate for California? I'm sure there are good people in Massachussetts, too, no one gets 100% of the vote. I'm not going to boycott wine from Mississippi when Trent Lott votes for cloture.
