    Lest We Forget!

One of the quickest ways to polarize our nation is to demand that another language be spoken over and above the language that is already commonly spoken in our country, as many Hispanic Groups, including La Raza have insisted upon our doing time and time again. It is one thing for Americans to learn Spanish and speak it by our own free will, but to have it demanded upon us is something else altogether.

The next time you go to the voting booths, remember that the following Senators, including two who are running for President, refused to vote for an Amendment to the Immigration Bill 1348, which would have established English as our National Language, even though it already is the language that is spoken by our citizens! This, in itself, shows a partiality toward Illegal Immigrants or else the cowardice to stand up to them!

    Here they are:

The following Senators voted against making English the official language Of America :

    Akaka (D-HI)
    Bayh (D-IN)
Biden (D-DE) (Wanted to be President)
    Bingaman (D-NM)
    Boxer (D-CA)
    Cantwell (D-WA)
Clinton (D-NY) (desperately Wants to be President)
    Dayton (D-MN)
Dodd ( D- MN ) wanted to be president
Domenici (R-NM) coward. Protecting his senate seat
    Durbin (D-IL)
Feingold (D-WI) - not unusual for him
    Feinstein (D-ca)
    Harkin (D-IA)
    Inouye (D-hi)
    Jeffords (I-VT)
    Kennedy - (D-ma) boozer
Kerry (D-ma) (tried to be president) loser
    Kohl (D-WI))
    Lautenberg (D-NJ)
    Leahy (D-VT)
    Levin (D-MI)
    Lieberman (I-CT) Disappointment here.....
    Menendez (D-NJ)
    Mikulski (D-MD)
    Murray (D-WA)
Obama (D-IL) (Wants to be President)
    Reed (D-RI)
    Reid (D-NV) Senate Majority Leader
    As Lazar (D-CO)
    Sarbanes (D-MD)
    Schumer (D-NY)
    Stabenow (D-MI)

John McCain voted for the establishment of English as our national language. At least he did that. He also voted for building a protective border fence. He needs to realize, however, that Americans are clearly against the continued abuse of our citizens by the actions of Illegal Aliens and we want something done about it. He is against the issue going onto a ballot, but I say that the issue needs to come to a vote by the American citizens. I am certainly not for his amnesty proposal, nor are most other Americans!

I voted for Romney and yes, I am disappointed. But we have to keep moving forward. Like it or not... it looks,so far, that it will come down to a choice between Obama or Clinton and McCain and in order to continue on with our fight, we have to be apprised of their policies and their voting records. We all have to keep our heads and fully examine the candidates and all of their issues.

You can read the voting records of all candidates at:
