ILLEGAL ALIENBILL IN A VERY SMALL NUTSHELL, there is so much more.
Is it amnesty? Of course it is. Itforgives people who broke laws and puts them in the front of the lineto live and work in the USA legally. Green card lite.


It would do nothing to prevent theBoston bombings.


The bill has 1,052 instances oflanguage that waives requirements in its 876 pages. It gives vastdiscretionary power to the Secretary of DHS to eliminate, change ordefine anything in the bill, when and how the border is secured etc.


The bill S.744 has just been titledBorder Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration ModernizationAct. This was done to insult your intelligence. Border Security isnot a trigger and is not enhanced in this bill. Law enforcement hasbeen totally shutout of the negotiations and anyone else who ispro-enforcement.


According to Senator Jeff Sessions, 57million people will be legalized in the next 10 years. There is noage limit on “Dreamers”, people who came when they were minors. They will be on a fast track to citizenship and approx. 3.5 millionwill be voting in 5 years. This will include gang members. Thisdoes not include ag workers who also will be on a fast track.


This is what Sen. Marco Rubio pitchedwould have to happen before illegal aliens would be legalized:
The border is secured first. He hasnow stated the bill does not do that but he is not going to pull hissupport for it like he told Rush Limbaugh on Jan. 29^th. He states that we can't do that now because we need to know who thesepeople are. However, they are required by law to register now butthey don't.

TRIGGERS FORLEGAL PERMANENT RESIDENCE (GREEN CARDS)
1. DHS must create, fund & beginborder security PLAN only (6 months after the enactment of the bill)
2. DHS must create, fund & beginborder fence PLAN only (6 months) JanetNapolitano testified last week that some repairs maybe needed but theborder fence is basically complete.
3. DHS must achieve 100 percentawareness & 90 percent success in 3 out of 9 high-risk sectors ofMexican border (5 years).
4. If DHS fails #3, then an advisoryBorder Commission will create &implement PLAN to achieve #3 (10 years)
5. Universal E-verify must beimplemented (10 years). Null and voids State laws (MS)
6. Visa exit system must be implementedfor all international airports & seaports (10 years). Has beenthe law since 1996. Land ports of entry not included. It will bebiographical (who's your moma) not biometric (fingerprints). Thebill does nothing to go pick them up, just to track that they didn'tleave.


FOR REGISTERED PROVISIONAL STATUS:
Theymust pass a USA background check but not from their home country. Most countries do not have national databases. They can have 3misdemeanors (read plead down felonies) ondifferent dates orone felony,multiple DUIs, social security fraud (felony; an American would getmaxpenalty of ten years in prison and fines up to $250,000 for using afraudulent Social Security card),document fraud and forgery, identity theft, I-9 perjury, drivingwithout a license, registration or insurance and tax evasion. Theamount of fines here if you were an American doing these things isenormous.
Illegalaliens over 21 should pay a $500.00fine (and 500 to renew and 1000 for LPR)for being here illegally ($5,000.00 fine normally) andall the other laws they broke above. Notapplicable to Dreamers. Installment payments available. Itwill probably be waived. Not bad for years of lawbreaking. (It is afelony if you are caught twice enteringillegally.) This money will go to afund that will benefit them.
AGworkers will pay a $100.00 penalty.
Theymust pay a registration fee. It is circulated to be 500.00.
Theyhave satisfiedany federal tax liability that has been “assessed” by the IRS. But there is no requirement for the IRS to collect documents and makean assessment. Since they have worked fraudulently and off thebooks, there is no assessment.
Nofederal benefits for them (welfare, food stamps, obamacare etc. butstill ok for their children.) FALSE The illegal aliens have alreadystated they will sue. Lawfully legals must not be discriminatedagainst. 14^th Amendment. Game over. They will win thelawsuit. This is a red herring. Illegals will also be suing if theyuse e-verify for checking eligibility for public benefits. If theywin obamacare benefits, employers may continue to hire illegalsbecause it is cheaper.
Ifthey fail to qualify for provisional status there is no provision toremove them from the country. They get to stay. Ifan illegal alien fails to qualify or it is revoked, they get a taxpaid attorney for an administrative review, a judicial review and afederal appeal. The bill allows illegal aliens to file class actionlawsuits , paid for by taxpayers, for not receiving or revocation ofprovisional status.
Thereis no requirement to speak english, no medical testing, no requiredresidency time, no personal interviews and noback taxes.
Duringprovisional status, arrest, detention and apprehension is prohibited. Those who are in removal proceedings orordered to be removed will be eligible for provisional status.
Anyonewho came since 1986 amnesty is eligible. Those who have already beendeported are eligible. Those who have ignored deportation orders(absconders) are eligible. Family members except adult siblings willbe allowed in but no DNA tests will be required. The children ofViet Nam vets lied about who was a family member for money and theyare now barred for life from entering the US.
Onceprovisional status is obtained they will get a clean SSN, driver'slicenses, “passports” etc. All illegalaliens will be entitled to in-state tuition nationwide.
TORENEW PROVISIONAL STATUS AFTER 6 YEARS
Theyhave paid their taxes if the IRS has assessed atax. Everyonepays taxes this is not a penalty. Low income folks don't pay taxes anyway.
Theyshouldprove they were employed torenew provisional status. Numerouswaivers of this requirement and weak proof required. Employers who hired illegals knowingly and unknowingly andcommitted tax evasionwill be amnestied. Future fines and penalties will be doubled ifillegals are hired.


LegalPermanent Residence aliens, who were illegal, under this bill cannaturalize in 3 years instead of LPRs from outside the US that mustwait 5 years.
Thereis a $10,000 fine for any government employee who gives the illegalalien evidenceof a crime tolaw enforcement orvictims (ICE). And no fine for government employees who break the law byaccepting fraudulent applications. Ie first World Trade Centerbomber amnestied in NYC as a farm worker.
$150million will be given to groups like The Race (La Raza) to help themfill out their applications.
SenatorRubio states if we do nothing we will have defacto amnesty. FALSE What we have now is a government who has broken the law for 27 yearswith no consequences. Illegal aliens are still illegal right now butwon't be after this bill is passed. We are expected to trust thegovernment after 27 years of violations and letting out 2,228criminal illegal aliens in February and refuse to tell lawenforcement where and who they are.
