The Anchor Baby General's view on local law enforcement
At his Senate Confirmation Hearing - January 6, 2005-
Regarding local law enforcement entities helping to enforce immigration law:
Gonzales: There is no requirement, of course, upon state and locals to enforce federal immigration laws. It is purely voluntary. In fact, of course, some states have prohibitions. They couldn't, even if they wanted to. In some cases, the department, as I understand it, has entered into with state and local departments in terms of memorandums of understandings in order to enforce this. I certainly am sensitive to the notion that some local law enforcement people don't want to exercise this authority. Well, we're not saying that they have to. If they want to they can assist in fighting the war on terror, that's what this opinion allows us to do. Personally I would worry about a policy that permits someone, a local law enforcement official, to use this authority somehow as a club to harass uhh they might be unlawful aliens but otherwise lawful citizens. That would be troubling. That would be troubling to the President.
But we are to believe he will enforce the laws of the land? Whether current immigration laws or new ones, how can we expect the descendant of illegal aliens to ever enforce the laws against illegal immigration?[b][i][size=117]"Leave like beaten rats. Politicians will never do anything about "anchor babies". We are the ones who should demand to the government that children born to illegal people who are violating the law should not be citizens of this country.

Is this idiot really saying here, that our laws are only to be inforced on a purely voluntary status?Do you think If I robbed a bank they might not hold it against me? Are immigration laws less, then our other laws? . Personally I don't give a rats ass, if the president is troubled, do you?Build the dam fence post haste!

I couldn't care less what Jorge Boosh thinks. He is a despicable traitor to all law abiding Americans who believe in Freedom and The Constitution.
