I feel as though we need to do something big !!! We should gather supporters from the entire US to meet in front of the white house with picket signs. Let's FORCE the Congress to deal with illegal immigration before the session ends. The lilly livered cowards are cutting and running from the subject.

By doing something of this nature, we should gain substantial news coverage, thus gathering many more supporters throughout the country.

This is a great forum for all of us; however, we all know national news coverage is what we need to get results !!!

The only problem though is logistics. Alot of people are going to be reluctant to do this because of their jobs. Alot of people can't afford to take time off. Not making excuses, just telling you how human nature is. I'm all for it, but like I said, I know how some people will react.

I LOVE the idea but dman is right. The logistics would be almost impossible. I guess we are left with our letters, faxes and phone calls in order to make our voices heard.

Well...now wait a minute !! It would be possible, and Bootsie, I don't care if we have to carry you piggy back and bring the little girls along too....WE COULD DO IT.

But now winter is coming and it would be a better thing to do in a month like September up there. That's the best month for a protest up there.
And if things don't get corrected soon, I don't see how that kind of a HUGE protest will be avoided.

But for now, we're doing a great job doing this.

Change that date to early August. Many people would pile into the station wagon with the kids. Late August is too close to school, and by September school is on.

The biggest problem is that if we march on Washington, the Goons will rally a bunch of illegal aliens and get agressive trying to stiffle our freedoms and we wont take it thus all hell breaks lose.

We are marching on Washington and we plan to march with candidates and new elected officials.

Why did a million men show up at Farachan's Million Man March?? Or was it 300,00 or something? They had jobs, at least most of them did. Imagine 300,000 of us there protesting illegal immigration? WOW!

We should never make excuses for what we cannot do, but strive to do that which we can. (You can quote me on that)

We can and should use every legal means that we have to ensure that our laws are enforced and our liberties are secured.

OKAY, OKAY! I will MARCH! BUT, we don't want to risk those bomb-throwers destroying us. Then, who would fight the good fight??? I do think that maybe it WILL come to a HUGE protest but we will need to have MASSIVE support and organization in order to do it right. I'm GAME!
