    Lynn Woolsey member of congress

I just recently received this letter in regard to an email I sent during the focus campaign..."Stay or Go". Thought I would share it with you all.
This is another one who is not for the good of the country!

Thank you for contacting me about immigration. I appreciate the time
you have taken to share your thoughts and concerns with me.

Immigration is a complicated and emotional issue, however we can no
longer ignore the need for immigration reform in this country. That said,
H.R. 4437, the Border Protection, Antiterrorism and Illegal Immigration
Control Act, which puts an unfair burden on employers and criminalizes
compassion, is not the answer. This "enforcement only" bill does
nothing to address our naturalization or customs processes, which are
both in dire need of improvement. We need orderly, legal avenues for
immigration, pathways to citizenship and a better approach to knowing
who is coming in and out of our country. It is also vital that we offer
workers a fair wage, which will help all entry-level employees and boost
their impact on the economy. Equally important is providing worker
protections and an education system that helps assimilate all families
    into the community.

As we address immigration reform we must look beyond ineffective
enforcement-only responses to the nearly 12 million undocumented
workers here already. We must keep in mind that immigration continues
to be an asset to this country and to California by respecting the work
and the worker. That's why I voted against H.R. 4437 when it came to
the House floor for a vote on December 16, 2005. The bill did pass,
however by a vote of 239-182 and must now be reconciled with the
Senate-passed reform package. You can be sure I will keep your
thoughts in mind as I work for a sensible solution to illegal immigration.

Again, it is good to hear from you. The people of Marin and Sonoma
counties are the most important voices I listen to as I serve in Congress.

    Sincerely,

    Lynn Woolsey
    Member of Congress

What you need to do is think about the CITIZENS OF THIS COUNTRY!........NOT ILLEGAL ALIENS and PAMPERED EMPLOYERS! If you are too incompetent to know that this kind of thinking is harmful to this country...you need to give up your seat...and if you can't do it willingly, which I'm sure you can't since you have no integrity...you need to be THROWN OUT!
