Lawsuit
This may be a stupid question, but, why hasn't there been any sort of a class action lawsuit against the government, companies for any number of reasons, i.e. hiring illegals (breaking the law), hiring illegals over Americans, I can go on and on.
I don't know - was just curious....

Yeah, I've asked before why hasn't the "Ice Princes" been charged with malfeasance of office.
Illegal aliens remain exempt from American laws, while they DEMAND American rights...

Yes, I did hear about the lawsuit. But, I'm wondering if a lawsuit about a civil rights lawsuit. Can you file suits against the government?
Maybe I'm just going off half-cocked. I'm just so angry over all this. I just cannot believe that we have as a society have gotten to this. We are being held hostage and being told what we are going to do and not do by a illegals.
By the way, I am an American of Mexican decent.

Dusky,
I've wondered the same thing too. IMO there would be thousands of lawyers fighting for the chance to sue the government. It would make them famous. So there must be some law or something that says no one can file suit against the government.RIP Butterbean! We miss you and hope you are well in heaven.-- Your ALIPAC friends

I don't know about congress...you can't sue the IRS...but...you can sue INDIVIDUALS that work for the IRS...this has also been on my mind a lot lately. Wondering if we could sue individual congresscritters and Bush.
I think, don't hold my feet to the fire on this, but I think it's the House that has to bring charges against any members of the House or Senate...so you know that isn't going to happen...too much dirty laundry all over the place to point fingers, you see.
So, I've also been wondering about class action lawsuits brought by the citizens against those who are failing to uphold our laws. Boy!! What a LIST!! I don't even know what sort of attorney we would call to find out.
???? Anybody know??

Any lawyers on line? This could be the publicity lawsuit of the year for the right firm. Look at the media attention it would receive. Blah law firms sue Bush for Incompetence and dereliction of duty.
Ok just a thought. The first requisite of a good citizen in this republic of ours is that he shall be able and willing to pull his own weight.

Thank you all for your input. Dang, there has to be a lawyer on this board or maybe someone who knows a lawyer.
I just know there has to be something we could do. I mean, just the fact that employers are hiring illegals over legal citizens is breaking the law. What the heck - I'm getting all worked up again.

I have always wondered this.
There seems to be a host of lawyers ready, willing, and able to sue for just about anything or to defend some scumbag. Why can't we get them to sue for Americans.
If we could get some law firm or lawyer to file a class action suit, complete with proof of actual costs to American taxpayers - that would be great.
Also, what about the families that have had loved ones killed, raped, or had lives destroyed through accidents, or assaults? Why can't they get some redress from the government that is supposed to protect them?
What about Americans who have contracted diseases from the illegals??
What about American kids whose education has been seriously deminished because of diverted resources?
Heck, I'll be we could get a lot of people to do the research and legwork for them - free. I would.
Yes, any attorneys out there who would take on this case. It seems to me , it could be very lucrative.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

I have been trying to get a hold of my daughter who is a lawyer for GE medical. She is out of the country right now, Germany and France, but I did send her an email....some times it takes a few days to get an answer depending how busy she is and how much traveling she is doing.
