I stood on the corner across from the rally with my sign for about 3 and a half hours. I was joined by two other nice gentlemen who were saying the same things I had to say. A whopping 3 counter protesters...

Only about 400 people showed up for the rally however. They seemed to be losing steam. Every once in a while a couple of the ralliers would come over to criticize us and tell us we were ignorant and then the "peacekeepers" would come over and tell them to go back to the rally. One of the peacekeepers brought us several of bottles of water. I thought that was a very nice gesture, however I suggested that we make sure the bottles hadn't been tampered with.

I went shopping when I was done and everyplace seemed busy. I don't believe they'll be any economic impact from illegal immigrants not being consumers here in Tucson.
