Everyone please keep calm and focused!

    Ok folks,

I know some of the news coming in from the border and across the nation is getting crazy. The news out of Arkansas is shocking and we are checking in on that.

We need everyone to please keep calm, keep focused, and keep getting the legwork done as fast as you can in CO, NJ, and Wisconsin.

Keep focused on these three states till you hear otherwise from us.

We believe some very powerful political forces are moving into position to engage us now. They know that we know about the domino strategy.

Please enter the announcements sections and post your progress reports there beneath the alerts.

We need to see a lot of your names in there soon indicating a strong amount of legwork going on with these calls and emails.

We have stirred up the hornets nest and if we do not deploy enough of you effectively and efficiently and immediately, we are in big trouble folks and you won't like what happens next.

    Let's roll! Battle Stations!

    This horrible news is CONFIRMED!

I just received this from a Arkansas Senator that is on our side...

    Quote:
All bills have two chances of being voted out before a requirement of a rules suspension comes into effect. So the other day was the first time to fail. She fell one vote short the other day. She brought the bill up a second time in committee this morning and was able to get five votes, Sen. Hendren and I opposed. The bill goes to the Senate next.

when I asked when it may be voted on in the Senate or what this Senator thought the chances of passage were, they responded...

    Quote:
Could be tomorrow, could be next week, could be never. Have no feel for the Senate on it.

Everyone, please rush to complete your missions in NJ, CO, and Wisconsin.

You now only have this afternoon and tonight to fill those email boxes and voice mails in those states.

Early tomorrow morning, we are going back to Arkansas to finish this piece of crap legislation!

    Maybe its me, but....

I decided to start with calls to New Jersey. I called the first number on the list, to Chair Diegnan's office, below. The woman who answered said there has been no bill there on in-state tuition for illegal aliens since a bill was first introduced in Jan 2008, and that the bill has gone nowhere, not even to committee since then.

She was actually very pleasant, and said she had been getting similar calls recently, and she couldn't figure out why, because the bill was introduced 14 months ago, and has gone nowhere. So, just FYI, don't know what to make of this. Any conflicting reports?

Okay, my first call, (see above post) was to the NJ house committee chair, I now called the chair of senate committee (below) that will vote on the senate version of the bill, the Appropriations committee, and this senate version appears to be more current...? (All these legislative processes can get a bit confusing sometimes.)

The woman answering said she would take a message. She was also fairly pleasant, until she asked for my address, and it is not in NJ, she then slightly chuckled. I don't think they care at all if you aren't a NJ resident. I won't give up, but frustrating....

Exactly! A legal citizen from another state isn't important, but citizens from other countries are!! Its insanity. Wish I would have thought of your great response when I spoke to the senator's office, vmonkey56. I'll have to remember it for the next phone call.

    Fudge, they will
I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
