Preface: ALIPAC website supports legal immigration.

The H-1B visa is NOT, I repeat it is NOT a form of immigration. It is a jobs visa that allows US companies to FIRE Americans and replace them with foreign nationals (mostly Tata employees from India). The majority of H-1B visa holders are here ILLEGALLY! I repeat ILLEGALLY. The majority over-stayed their 6 year visa and "forgot to go home."

The massive Immigration Portal website helps H-1Bs, Illegals, and an assortment other holders of wierd visas. The Immigration Portal also takes care of employers of H-1Bs and an assortment of other strange visas.

They've scheduled a "conference call" apparently to "coach" employers how to "be legal."

Well, that's all well and good, but keep in mind that what they do is in the service of foreign nationals who occupy jobs that Americans were fired from.
But is it really "all well and good?" HELL NO. Read between the lines.

They're not doing this to help America, hell no.
They're not even doing this to help the employer.

They're doing this for Tata (and other body shops) to maximize the foreign national work force and to minimize America's work force.
They want to keep employers clean enough to allow them to maximize their foreign staffs.

You might recall, from other postings, that the Immigration Portal lobbys and petitions the Congress on behalf of foreign nationals (to our detriment).

Who said that to you Coto? Had to have been somebody illegal or benefiting from Americans jobs!!! I just don't how these people think we wouldn't have a country without a massive force of foreigners doing what we've always done! They need to go home and invent it themselves!
